Hello!! This is something I’ve been thinking about doing for a long time, but due to school starting up and the holidays just a few months away, I need it more than I ever really have. Covid has kinda put a halt on me getting a job in my area right now and I’m working to get my license, but sadly things have just been slow for me and I can’t afford to wait anymore. Due to all this, I’m officially holding writing commissions!  Everything below is what you’ll need to know if you’re looking to buy my writing from me. peter parker was created by stan lee and steve ditko to send ONE message and it was about how no matter circumstance anyone can become great. spider-man is supposed to be a story about a poor jewish boy that slowly becomes a better person and learns the value of responsibility. with great power yadda yadda.

the mcu stripped spider-man of everything that made him unique and special (lower class, abrasive personality, ruthlessly bullied in school, self-made) and turned him into a easily digestible middle class tony stark apprentice that 1) didn’t even make that suit himself 2) relied on tony for everything. they LITERALLY took a character that has been canonically poor for DECADES and wiped out all of the story that comes with that just so that rich-ass tony stark could be his ‘mentor’. peter parker never had a mentor. that’s the entire point

mcu peter parker is very obviously a ripoff of miles morales’ story (superhero mentor, ned is LITERALLY miles’ friend ganke, etc) and it pisses me off because not only did they whitewash miles morales, they erased every part of peter’s story that made him significant since nineteen sixty fucking two . good fucking evening

Not diagnosing a child doesn't mean they won't notice they're different. It just means that instead of thinking "I'm struggling because I have autism/adhd/anxiety/depression/schizophrenia", they will just conclude that they are struggling because they are stupid, weak, annoying, unlovable, etc.

I get antsy when I haven’t produced content in awhile. I worry I’ll be forgotten. I feel like I have to keep buying my place in fandom with stuff like art and writing. Which makes it hard to produce content because that’s a lot of pressure to put on my creativity muses. So I sit here worrying instead.

20. Describe your perfect writing conditions.

My perfect writing conditions would be myself alone in my room, either comfy at my desk or propped up in bed, and just typing away. Also depending on my mood I'd have snacks or I'll just eat dinner while I write and go back and forth between plate and keyboard lol. And I ALWAYS have music, usually a song or playlist that gives me vibes of the character(s) or the story they're from.

21. How many times do you usually revise your fic/chapter before posting?

Uhhh honestly this depends?? Because my schedule is messy and sometimes I don't get to sit and do it in session, but for a good guess I'd say... 3-5 in full? Sometimes if I'm waiting on a bus or in the car I'll pull the doc up and edit/revise for as long as I can, but then I have to keep doing it like that until it's finished for I can find a free period to sit and do it all at once. And then I always check grammar and spelling, and then I go back and italicize certain words, and THEN I go back and make bits longer or shorter and.....like I said, it's messy, cause I can never make it easy on me lmao
