Happy Easter everyone!!!!
Something in me is that I love to celebrate everything!  and as you know every holiday goes around FOOD!!!I'm having a healthy breakfast today because I have guests for lunch and Easter Hunt, and I'll be cooking, so it won't be the healthiest lunch ever... I've also completed my 250k step Easter Challenge! It was amazing!...and the bonus is that not only I did it, but I have a great new habit! I'm walking 20k steps every day...not only is it good for weight loss and control, but every time I go for a walk I put my headphones on, listen to my favorite history podcast or music, and start the day with a very relaxed mind.  By the time I go home I have already completed 10k steps... and I have time to eat breakfast which I have been enjoying much more because I have managed to organize my time better, and now I not only eat, I take my time to know what I am putting in my body and I do it with love..

Here is my NEW CHALLENGE!
Why? .... This year I bought my first bikini, I want to enjoy this summer, ... I want to go to the pool and get a tan, I want to go to the beach and wear my bikini with shorts, I want to wear a nice dress and have a few drinks.... Yes, I have lost a lot of weight... and yes... I love to exercise.
This is day 1: 
Complete 2 circuits: 50 Prisoner Squats Rest 10 Seconds 20 Power Jumping Jacks Rest 10 Seconds 30 Inner Thigh Lifts (15 each leg) Rest 10 Seconds 30 Forward Skaters (15 each leg) Rest 10 Seconds 25 Jump Squats Rest 10 Seconds 20 Walking Lunges, while holding light dumbbells (10 each leg) Rest 30 Seconds

Hello!!!
Today I finally achieved 30k steps for the first time! So happy and motivated...
I think tomorrow I will complete the Easter Challenge, this is something very important to me... Taking small challenges with fun rewards has made everything so much easier!
In fact I am a single mom, so how do I work, be a mom, rest, take care of my house, take care of my dog, go to the gym and walk??? I am learning every day how to organize myself. The last 7 years have been crazy, as soon as I think everything is finally okay, something happens and I have to start over.
Did you know? That's what it's all about, right? Get out of your comfort zone, work hard for what you want, we as humans tend to have wonderful and terrible days too, and that's okay!
To motivate myself I joined the Challenge and talked about it with my BF, so she is doing it with me. The app offers coins for each step, so it's fun, and my personal prize is that if I finish before April 15, I can have a great night out at the end of the month!
I get up very early, at 5 am I go out for my first walk, until 6:30 am. At 8:30 I go to the gym, and at lunchtime I go out for my second walk. I'm trying to reduce TV time for personal reasons, for my son, so this challenge has also helped me with this... in the afternoon I go for a very long walk with my son... the reward: an ice cream, for him . .. not me... with this we have a good mother-son time, we talk or sing, or play or whatever walking together... Quality time in all aspects!
Why not help your child develop the habit of walking too?
Work hard, have fun... see results! :)

Today I went to the gym... and something great happened, for those who don't know me I had a difficult time trying to lose weight... 1 1/2 year ago I started once again... a weight loss journey, this time I focus on achieving my goal, I keep working on it.
So today I went to the gym and saw it for the first time in my life! MY ABS!!!! You have no idea the feeling I had... it was amazing! All the hard work...every day I didn't want to exercise and push myself doing it, everytime I wanted to eat junk food....
IT IS SO TRUE!!!!!! --- ABS ARE MADE IN THE KITCHEN NOT IN THE GYM!!!!! That's why today I wanted to post 10 benefits of eggs...
Every day I wake up at 4:45 am. Drink 400ml of water and take a 10k step walk with Molly Pepperoni (my dog). At 6:30 I have breakfast: scrambled eggs with: 4 medium eggs + garlic + onion + tomato + celery + salt. This with a cup of coffee and I'm ready for the gym!
FYI... This week I plan to finish the 250K step EASTER CHALLENGE... So far I have walked 212,676 steps!!!!
Soon I will post another challenge!!!!!
