Seeing some other angelkin/divinekin folks talking about being worshipped has made me wonder if making myself a little altar and worshipping MYSELF in a way would be possible. I thought about asking my partner to, but it's already working with multiple gods, so it would feel like I was just pretending to be on that level.

I also kind of want to find a god to worship, since I have more devotion baked into my existence than I know what to do with.. I'm confused. I don't know if I want to worship or BE worshipped :(

I’m into things like fictoreligion and pop culture paganism but literally you could make an alter for your mom, you could pray to a fictional character, you could do a ritual for a historical person, I could go on and on!!

What energy you give out the world you often get back, so use it up if you want to, life is too short to not live a little.

i made a self-indulgent moodboard of how i view myself as a deity. i might experiment a bit more to make it more dynamic and layered but for now i like it.

unfortunately a lot of the images i found seemed quite feminine but… i suppose just pretend they’re masculine (the back with stars and the person floating in the stars in particular).

my name is oscar or angel, i am a deitykin and this is my blog dedicated to this identity. below is some information about myself, my kins and what this blog is for.

about me

i'm a nonhuman, otherkin and fictionkin being. i go by many other labels and many, and am non-human in every way. physically, i am a german shepherd and winged wolf. psychologically, i'm a siberian cat and an ethiopian wolf. spiritually, i am a deity and an angel.

you may call me oscar, angel, or any nickname you see fit. when i am shifted as a deity, i have no name, however i do not mind being given one. any masculine or neutral term is alright.

i use he/it/star pronouns while shifted as a deity. please refer to me as such. any other star or galaxy-related neopronouns are alright as well if you'd like to mix it up a bit.

my body resides in the southern hemisphere so all associations will be in relation to the southern hemisphere. if something seems contradictory (like a summer month and winter being associations), it is likely because i am referring to the southern hemisphere.

about my kin

i'm a deity, specifically of the cosmos. i don't particularly like the term 'god', please refrain from calling me a 'god'. i am a deity. i am divine. but i am not a god.

about my blog

this blog is dedicated to my being a deity. i may reference my angel identity as well because the two identities are quite intertwined, as is everything in the cosmos.

i would like followers or worshippers, that has always been something i'm interested in. however, i do not want this blog to become parasocial-like.

for legal purposes, treat this blog as a roleplay. genuine worship is fun but it can create uncomfortable and inappropriate relationships between the blog owner and the beings interacting. always prioritise yourself, your wellbeing and your mental health over any deitykin on tumblr or other sites. that is more important to me than followers.

otherwise, you're free to send anything you like in my asks as long as it is respectful and kind. if you are taking care of yourself, you're more than welcome to follow me as you please. but please keep in mind i cannot give anything back other than words in a post.
