Artist’s insight:  I think this section of my piece was the most fun to work on and simultaneously the most frustrating, which made it even more satisfying to finish! I really like how the lighting turned out, and I love drawing neon signs :) While I was working on this zine I learned a lot about composition and detailing backgrounds, and it proved to be really good practice. Artist’s insight:  Now, I see flowers everywhere haha. My first collaboration with a writer! Sandy has done a wonderful job! I hope you’ll love our work.

Writer’s insight:  This is my first time working in a Zine and it has been an amazing and exciting new experience because of all the beautiful souls I got to know and befriend(got more wives) while also learning to improve my writing in a myriad of ways, thanks to the awesome editors. This story is a first, on the topic of KLANCE wedding that I have written and it is very close to my heart. Also I got to collaborate with Rushire for the art piece which is the cherry on top. The art is spectacular. So you gotta check it out!

Comforting kiss: A Smooches Sneak Peak by @gesuriel

Artist’s insight:  It’s mostly about the eyes - I really like how they turned out and I don’t think many people are going to notice it in the full piece. It’s been a struggle to reconcile my new job and working on this, but I enjoyed every bit of the process; It’s my first legit comic page, first time I’ve experimented a bit with textures and first time I’ve tried such a bold lighting. All the poses are out of my comfort zone too and I don’t think I’d try it all without it being for my first zine ever.
