Collective Message! I was inspired to do this today. I feel many people need to hear this right now.. 🌱💜🌎✨ You've come so far in this journey within such a short time. You've gained new perspectives and are starting to see things come to fruition. The traumas you have went through do not define who you are anymore. I honestly don't know the history behind Earth Day but I do know that everyday we celebrate her in some form. We are visitors here and should always have great appreciation for what Mother Gaia freely gives us. Her love, her beautiful sceneries, mountains, rivers, rain, forests, fresh air, food, etc. When we ground ourselves we can imagine growing roots from our feet that connect all the way down to the core of our Mother. This will truly make you feel even more grounded, protected, and connected. In return help protect het mother from harm. ✨✂️ Cord Cutting, take back your Energy ✂️✨ Taking back your energies that others have took from you is one of the ways of being aware and healing yourself. Cord cutting is an easy spiritual practice that helps you retain your energy and create balance within your emotional body. Cutting cords with others, specifically ones involved with your trauma can be done by purely using your intention and faith in the universes power. Ways to cut cords : Meditation 💫 Imagine you and the person attached by a light string to each of your cores. Then after you say a prayer or put the intention out, imagine the string snapping. Candles 💫 Write your name on one candle, and their name on the other. Before you light the candles, say a prayer or set intention. Let them burn all the way. String 💫 Simply put your intention out there to take your energy back then cut the string evenly. I find this mantra below truly holds power.
