hi everyone,

i'm sorry for disappearing over the last few days.

unfortunately, on thursday we lost our beautiful cat ~ it's been a very difficult and emotional time, but i'm feeling a little bit more settled and am going to try and come back on here and on my hatchetfield ask blog.

i've missed you all terribly. thank you so much for all the messages checking in on me, they meant the world, and i'll reply to them all in due time.

for a brief moment, i considered not telling you guys and just posting as normal, but i've made so many friends on here that you all really feel like family, and i knew that you'd kick my lil squirrel butt if i didn't tell you what's been going on (and let you probably say all sorts of kind things that will make me emotional all over again).

all this to say, i love you all very much, and i'm really excited to come back and be here more often. you all bring me more comfort than you know just being your delightful selves.
