So, as it turns out, I guess I lied about no big changes.  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Although, I didn’t start out thinking things would change in my defense.

However, I’ve spent a lot of time thinking, and while I’ve suggested the idea of a merger between this group and Assemble’s, I agree with all of you about the fact that having people drop their characters isn’t fair to anyone. 

On the other hand, I’ve also thought about what’s best for me and what would lead me to being happiest. Aftermath has held a lot of memories for me, both good and bad, but the most recent ones honestly just sting too much for me to stay the admin of this group.

What me and the admins of Assemble decided to do was to just make a new rp entirely. You all will be free to stay here and continue rping with each other, but the rp itself will be closed with no more apps coming in. I’m going to leave the blog up for a little while just so people can have time to see this message, but then I’ll delete it entirely. There are some parts of it that we’re taking over to the new rp, and I don’t want there to be any discrepancy over who owns what. I will leave the discord open for you all though, so you can all decide what you want to do in a full democracy.

If people want to, they can apply at @thephoenixrp, but no one needs to feel obligated to come.

I'm the anon that asked about Reed. I saw the unfollow and a couple of my main muse are on there so who would be most wanted out of Tony Stark, Thor Odinson, Matt Murdock && Reed Richards? :3

I’d lean more towards Tony Stark or Thor. Probably Thor since we have a great Loki, but our members can reply to this to state their own opinions if they’d like.

Yeah, sorry about that. Our Clark had an issue with Tumblr being a brat a while back and had to change their account. @kryptonianalienboyxx is their actual blog. Sorry about that.

Hey, so I haven't RPed in a couple of years (kind of nervous to get back into it), but I'm wanting to try and your group seems great. So, would you prefer a Reed Richards? Or a male mutant OC idea of mine? :D

Thank you, I think either would be great, but probably Reed Richards since we recently had to unfollow a lot of our mutants. OCs can also be difficult to integrate as your first character, so I recommend taking Reed Richards and then if you think you can handle two characters, take your OC later on.

As all of you probably noticed, we recently had a massive unfollow. Six of our members, including three admins, decided that they all wanted to leave the group together. They all were relatively maxed out on the amount of characters they could take (Seven), and they seemed to have made the decision together since they were all good friends with each other. Other people, including myself, dropped some characters that were connected to theirs, and if anyone else feels they need to do so, I totally understand. This was a large unfollow, and seeing it can be overwhelming and painful.

However, you don’t need to worry about any massive changes. Things will operate pretty much the same as before. The only main difference is that I will be the only admin making decisions on the main, which will mean I might be slower to answer any questions since I also have to deal with work. If anyone needs to ask me about anything about this, feel free to send me a message on discord, or off of anon here on tumblr. 

I hope that everyone is okay with this recent surprising unfollow.
