I always laugh when I see the High Intellectual Fun Police judge stories like the movie Titanic, because it is just a romance wrapped around a historical tragedy.

Well, when you stop and think about what people who lived it we're thinking, how's it inaccurate??

Think about it.

The people boarding the Titanic weren't buying tickets to go die a tragic death to become a historical moment for disaster historians.

They were getting on board to either immigrate, work, or to take a pleasure cruise.

No one got on the Titanic to fuel the hoity toity history buffs who can't watch a movie and not pick it to death.
