Little Izuku Headcanons!

1. Regresses since he was a kid, and is kind of a crybaby when he does. He regressed involuntarily every time Katsuki was mean to him or beat him up, and that's why he cried so much (Katsuki feels so bad for this after he finds out what age regression is)

2. At first, Izuku regresses to 4-5 years old, the last time he felt completely safe, loved, and hopeful.

3. Inko knows about his regression, and was his first caregiver. She loves her Little Izu, and part of her anxiety to let Izuku become a hero is fear of not only losing her son, Izuku, 14, but her little boy, Izu, 4

4. He's very good at acting big while regressed, but sometimes he slips, that's how his friends at DekuSquad find out about his regression

5. After a while, with constant attacks from the villains and the accumulated stress from the looming war threat, he starts shoving his regression to the back of his mind, with the excuse he has no time for that

7. After the war, flashbacks cause him to regress back to his early teens, and actually he gets stuck feeling 13-14 more often than not, but pretends to still be feeling big, class 1A is not fooled in the slightest

8. teenre Izuku is very edgy, and really enjoys horror and rock music, much to Katsuki's and Jirou's exitement, but really, he's just very tired and afraid, and despite claiming to not need it, wants lots of love and cute things (his friends give him plenty)

9. the first time he slips to being 5 after the war is on his graduation day

Izuku, Katsuki and Shoto all regress and you can pry that headcanon from my cold dead hands

I might elaborate in further posts but!

Izuku: regresses since he was a kid, usually to about 4 or 5 years old, but also teen regresses to 13-14 as an adult, his first caregiver was his own mama, Inko

Katsuki: has been regressing involuntarily since the accident with the sludge villain, got more frequent after he got kidnapped he either regresses to 3-4 years (triggered by flashbacks) or 8-9 (triggered by exitement), as an adult, he age dreams to match izuku's teen regression

Shoto: found out regression through Izuku, decided to try age dreaming to see how a nice childhood would've been, ended up baby regressing on accident, he usually go to 0-3 years old

Travel Tips for Middle Regressors

gonna have to deal with long road trips and want to bring back that feeling of exitement car rides had when you were 12?

here are some tips for you then!

1. have a playlist ready - music always brings me back to childhood, especially if I'm listening to stuff I used to listen back then! make a playlist with your fav songs, mixing stuff you listened to as a kid, for the 2010's nostalgia vibes, and stuff you like now! put your headphones on and and stare of the window as if you were in a music clip, or make up scenarios with ocs, or, if you can, dance around in your seat and sing along the music as loud as you can!

2. download games that don't need Internet- sometimes during your travel, you'll go through places that doesn't have phone signal, and then online games won't work! find fun games that don't need Internet to play!

3. car games! - if you're traveling with family or friends that can be convinced to interact with you, play car games! my favourite are "guess the animal" and "red car", and I can make a post on them if you guys are interested!

4. water + snacks - remember to stock up on food and drinks! no one is going hungry or god forbid dehydrated on my watch! Bring big water bottles and car friendly snacks, like cookies or chips! just take care to not make a mess, cause no one likes to sit on pointy crumbs

5. use comfy clothes - in long car rides, no one likes to be uncomfortable! go for soft fabrics and oversized clothing so you don't feel trapped! also easy to remove shoes so you can put up your feet!

5. pillows and blankets - if you're traveling through the night, you might wanna make the backseat your very own cosy corner. bring a small pillow so you don't have to rest your head on the cold window, and maybe a light blanket to snuggle up in case the car AC is too cold!

6. friends - bring friends along! that might be your tamagochi, a stim toy or a plushie, and they serve to give you a bit of comfort and security in this adventure out of your house! you don't need to necessarily play with them, but you can take aesthetic pics of them against the window, or make a travel blog if you're bored!

no I don't need a caregiver, I'm a literal teenager (cof cof teen regression) I can do stuff on my own and am very good at pretending to be an adult

and

I want a caregiver that will let me yap about scary games and that will keep me company and that will help me regress to a younger age because sometimes being 8 is easier and I can't do it on my own

I think my autism is deeply tied to my regression

yes, I am an adult, yes I have adult responsibilities, no I can't help but feel like a lost, tired, angry 14yo most of the time

and every time I get overwhelmed or overstimulated, as autistic people usually get when having to deal with Life tm , I feel even younger, even more lost, like all I wanna do is whine and have someone deal with my problems

and every time I getnto talk about one of my hyperfocuses or get access to special interest stuff, I get exited as if I were 8 again, and as if the world was an amazing place once more

I think my autism made me grow slowly, and never abandon my childhood fully

deep down, I'm still that little kid, and that's why I regress

hi there! welcome to The Basement Hangout, a place focused on the older range of the agere spectrum

are you tired of having a hard time finding content for Middles? Well this page is focused on us, kiddos from 9 to 13!

but who am I? I am the admin of this page, a regressor like you!

my name is Caspian, but you can call me Cas. I use he/they pronouns.

I'm 20 years old, and I mostly regress to between 12-13 yo, though sometimes I go younger.

I am a flip, which means I sometimes act as a caregiver, even though I also regress.

my favourite colours are greens, browns, greys, blacks and reds, and I love insects, sharks, dinosaurs and books (as you guys can see, I'm a big nerd)
