I'm high as hell watching House (can you tell my gay autistic ass loves alliteration) and there's a scene where the Ducklings r questioning House's reason for running tests on the little boy w/ autism right. You'd think it's a normal conversation, right. Wrong. This is how the show puts it:

Foreman: "I had a date last night. She screamed. Should we spend $100,000 testing her?"

House: "Of course not. This isn't a veterinary hospital. Zing!" And I'm just like fuck, what is wrong with you. Please. Please I'm begging yiu to be normal. Why are these doctors never the Having Fun and the Regular Normal doctors. I can't even convey the tone of this scene. Help y'all I'm fuckign crying this is so funny please

Forced my entire family and several guests to watch House MD for like 3hrs at a Christmas get together tonight and nobody even fought with me this time. Wonderful night, I rate it a 10/10 experience would do again

Something about Wilson fighting so hard for everyone else but when it comes to his own life he gives up after one singular attempt to survive a little longer. Something about Wilson knowing what his patients endure and begging House not to put him through death in a hospital. Something about Wilson running away with House knowing that he won't have much time left. Something about Wilson considering suffering through chemo for House because they had a nice dinner together. Something about Wilson begging House to tell him that he loves him. Something about Wilson forcing House to accept his choice for the first time in their relationship since the very beginning. Something about Wilson ranting at House's funeral that the only time he needed House, he wasn't there. Something about Wilson absolutely beaming at the sight of his best friend alive, sitting on the steps right in front of him, and being hit with the utterly soul crushing realization that House threw everything away for him and only him. Something about Wilson beginning to ask House "When the cancer gets bad..." and smiling at House's response of "Cancer's boring." Something about Wilson and House living a soft life of domesticity in their last few months together. Something about Wilson knowing that they could have had this for years prior. Something about Wilson knowing they never would have if he weren't dying.

In 4×09 when Wilson says "Dying's easy. Living's hard." to House and when confronted with his own mortality in s8 he, very quickly, gives in to the overwhelming current of death instead of swimming upriver in futile hope that he'd survive just a little longer

Walked into a hospital for my endocrinology appt and had to do bloodwork after, only for the nurses doing the bloodwork to ask me what I did on the weekend while sucking out 6 vials of my blood- I was like "Idk idk idk" and the one lady goes "watch any TV shows?" And. In the most pathetic, squeaky voice ever I was just like "...House md 😭" and one of them was like "Oh! I see clips of that on my tiktok. He's always right but he's so mean about it." And I just went "HE SUCKS SO MUCH I HATE HIM 😭😭" immediately followed by "IM LYING I LOVE HIM 💔💔💔"
