Oh it doesn't bother me at all I love coming up with head cannons

I feel like he would only change himself until Stanford comes back and offers to help because he doesn't want to be a bother to anyone

He would always make sure to discreetly buy everything he needs so no one will ask questions

Not that everyone hasn't already figured it out but they give him space knowing how much he values his privacy

How do you feel about baby regressor!Stanley Pines?

I don't have a set headcanon for him but I could totally see it

His caregiver would definitely be Stanford

He would try to take care of himself and push it down for years and then the second Stanford and him get a second alone he's crying into his arms because he missed his brother

Oooo I bet he would even have a secret playroom in the mystery shack that he goes to when the twins are either bust or sleeping

I also feel like he would want to keep this more private not because of embarrassment but more because it's his business and he feels like he can tell whoever he wants to tell
