Yo had a breakdown yesterday so I'm doing two of these today!
Day 7: My parents don't know. I haven't seen my mom since I was 18 and my dad lives over 1k miles away. My grandparents live an hour and a half away and I see them the most but that's still infrequently as I'm living on my own for college. That provides me the freedom to do what I want and in conclusion, no they don't care.
Day 8: My workout routine.
Monday, Friday, and Saturday I go to the gym and do an hour and a half of active time split between the treadmill and the elliptical.
Tues, Wed, Thurs, Sun: I work a somewhat physical job where I can easily clock 5 or more miles in a shift but if I'm feeling it I also go to the gym after work.

Day 5: The real reason I want to lose weight is because when I'm smaller I'm treated better. When I'm fat I'm invisible it seems. It's unfortunate that people treat fat people worse but it's a fact of life. I want to look good in clothes again and feel confident in whatever I'm wearing. I want to be able to run longer distances without having to slow down. I want my knees to stop hurting. I'm doing it both for myself and for others.

Going to work today, no gym today, working a lightly active job.
*Update*
A gnat flew into my Coleslaw less than halfway through eating it so I tossed it and halved the calories. Daily total is 760.

Day 3: Marilyn Monroe is my ultimate thinspo. I know a lot of the fat acceptance community uses her as an example but she was in no way overweight. I also have a similar body type to her when I am at my lower weights. I don't hate my boobs or my hips and I do keep them when I go down so just, she's like ultimate hourglass thinspo for me.
