For the past five years I’ve been on an emotional roller coaster of grief and lost.

I have gain friends and lost them by my own actions

I wonder if this is a common feeling

To know so many people, yet feel so distant

Last year I was going to parties, dances, concerts with people I loved

But now.. I’m drinking alone at a bar

Am I self-destructive or a lonely soul looking for that one person to accept me for who I am?
