Gabe quickly took the stairs up to the floor that Asher’s dorm is on, he walked down the hallway and knocked on the door of Asher’s dorm.

Asher was wrapping a towel around him as he walked out of the shower and was still dripping wet when he heard a knock at the door and walked across the room and to the door and opened it.

Gabe inhaled sharply seeing Asher and seeing him completely as he only had a small towel around his waist and the water was still running down him. Gabe obviously shared a locker room with him but he couldn’t stare at Asher in there.

Asher leaned on the doorway and cleared his throat rasing an eyebrow at his brother’s best friend’s staring, “What do you want Perrault?”

Gabe shut his jaw and blinked shaking his head, “I need your help?” Gabe looked up at him with pleading eyes. Asher raised an eyebrow for him to continue.

“You said i need to be able to finish what i start so i need you to teach me how to fight.” Gabe told him seriously.

Asher looked at Gabe and let out a laugh before realizing Gabe was not joking, “You’re serious?” Asher looked at Gabe knowing Gabe wouldn’t harm any one.

“i don’t like fighting but you are right i should be able to whole my own and finish if i start something.” Gabe knew Asher does have a point and Gabe cannot rely on his team to get him out of fights every time.

“And you want me to teach you?” Asher raised a skeptical brow out of everyone Gabe chose he chose him.

Gabe stuttered slightly as he knew he could of asked mostly anyone of the team as they would know how to fight but he wanted Asher to teach him, so they have can spend more time together, “Yes….” Gabe awkwardly smiled.

Asher just shortly hummed and Gabe continued to look at him with pleading eyes until Asher threw his head back with a frustrated groan.

“Ok.” Asher mumbled out feeling he’s going to regret this.

“Really!” Gabe all but shouted and sheepishly smiled and lowered how voice, “Really!” He smiled hopefully.

“Don’t make me regret this Perreault.” Asher glared warning Gabe.

“I promise. Thank you!” Gabe beamed happily.

“Alright.” Asher nodded, “Now shoo i need to get dressed.” Asher grumbled and Gabe just smiled.

“Bye Asher!” Gabe called out as he turned around and walked down the hallway.

Asher grunted back and shut the door behind him.

Gabe walked by Cutter, “Hi Cutter! Bye Cutter.” Gabe was all smiles as he walked down the hallway.

Cutter paused as Gabe walked by him and Cutter realized Gabe was coming from Asher and his dorm.

“Hi?” Cutter mumbled confused but shook his head continued the walk down the hallway to his dorm.

oh yikes poor ace :(

they are so good!!! sidney obviously disappointed about the playoffs but it gives him a few weeks to be able to go and watch cameron play out her last few games in the WHL and he would take time with his daughter over anything. they both are pretty excited for the draft upcoming as Cameron is getting drafted

Sidney quietly opened Cameron’s bedroom door holding a plate with her favorite breakfast, banana bread and candles light for her thirteenth birthday.

Sidney sat on the age of the bed and smiled fondly seeing her hair all crazily spread out across her pillow and he gently brushed some back and off her face, “Cam Bug.” Sidney softly cooed to his most important person.

“Mmm.” Cameron grumbled naturally leaning into her father’s touch.

“Happy birthday.” Sidney softly spoke and Cameron bounced up looking wide awake and Sidney bittersweetly smiled at his now teenager.

“Make a wish.” Sidney told her rubbing her back gently as she closed her eyes and blew out her candles. Cameron smiled and immediately broke off a piece of the banana bread and stuffed it in her face.

“Thank you.” Cameron mumbled leaning her head on her dad’s shoulder as she continued to stuff her face.

Sidney just sat with her as she ate and stealing a few bites and once she was finished, “Why don’t we get dressed there is some surprises for you down stairs.”

Cameron nodded and got out of bed and stumbled into the bathroom and came out a few minutes later in a pair of white cargo bangs and a blue and white striped shirt and a brush in her hand. She walked over to her dad and handed him the brush and Sidney gently brushed through her hair and got all of the knots out.

Sidney spun her around and gently kissed her forehead, “Beautiful.” Sidney proudly smiled at his beautiful daughter and he stood up off her bed.

They walked down the stairs and into the living room seeing a lot of people in there.

“Aunty Tay!” Cameron gasped and all but ran over to her aunt who has been on a trip the last few weeks.

“There’s my favorite niece.” Taylor smiled hugging her favorite niece tightly and pressing multiple kissed to the top of her head.

“I’m your only niece Aunty Tay.” Cameron giggled shaking her head at her silly aunt.

“Oh there’s my granddaughter.” Troy grinned at his granddaughter as she walked over to his wife and him. He pulled her into a tight hug rocking her back and forth before reluctantly releasing her as he knew his wife wanted to hug her too.

“Happy Birthday Cammie.” Tina beamed as she pulled her granddaughter into a hug.

“Thanks Nana.” Cameron smiled at her before skipping over to her Anna and Geno and Baby Nikita.

“Hi Kiki.” Cameron softly cooed at her baby cousin and looked at Anna for permission to hold him, Anna smiled and handed her son into her niece’s arms.

“Happy birthday маленький пингвин.” Geno pressed a kiss on her head and has been calling her little penguin in Russian since she was born as well as teaching her Russian.

“Thank you.” Cameron beamed but kept her eyes on her baby cousin in her arms, she gently brought her finger to his face and his little hands wrapped around her finger and opened his eyes at her.

She reluctantly passed him back to Anna and Anna smiled and gently kissed her forehead.

“Uncle Flower!” Cameron cheered as she rushed over to hug her godfather. Marc chuckled and hugged his goddaughter back.

“Hi Stells!” Cameron beamed at her two year old cousin.

“Cam Cam!” Estelle smiled widely and toddled over to her and lifted her hands up to her older cousin. Cameron picked up her and spun her around making Estelle giggle before Cameron set her cousin on her hip and gently hugged her very pregnant godmother.

“Hi Aunty Vee.” Cameron gently kissed her aunts cheek and Veronique gently caressed her sweet goddaughter cheek.

Cameron walked a step forward and a tiny body ran into her legs she looked down seeing her four year old cousin staring at her with a beaming smile.

“Hi Xan.” Cameron smiled and picked him up to setting him on her other hip.

“Happy Birthday Cam Cam.” Alexander cheered pressing a sloppy kiss onto her cheek and Cameron smiled tickling him slighty as she brought her cousins over to Kris and Catherine.

“Hi Uncle Krisy and Aunty Cat.” Cameron greeted them with a smile as her hands were full of her cousin.

“Hi darling, happy birthday.” Catherine gently kissed her nieces cheek. Kris gently ruffled her hair and hugged her being mindful of the kids in her arms.

Cameron smiled and heard to the couch and gently dropped both of her baby cousins making them giggle.

Cameron walked to her Nate, “Natey!” Cameron grinned and Nate smiled picking her up off the floor and shaking her back and forth in the hug.

“Happy Birthday baby Crosby!!” Nate cheered as he shook her like crazy before setting her back down gently.

Cameron smiled as a lot of her closest family members all came out to see her for her birthday.

Sidney had snuck out of the living room when Cameron was greeting everyone and he came back in with a something behind his back.

“What’s that?” Cameron titled her head curiously seeing her dad hiding something behind his back.

“Your present. Close your eyes.” Sidney smiled and Cameron closed her eyes holding out her hands and Sidney set the pet carrier in her hands, “Okay open.” Sidney smiled. Taylor had her phone out to film Cameron’s reaction.

Cameron let out a loud gasp as she opened her eyes and saw a cat in the carrier, she quickly knelt down setting the carrier on the ground and opened it up and the tiny white fluffy kitten popped her head out staring at Cameron.

“Hi.” Cameron whispered giggling happily as she been wanting a cat for years but Sidney wanted her to be a bit older so Cameron could take care of it.

The kitten meowed and jumped right out and onto her lap cuddling up on her. Cameron’s smile was so wide as she gently began petting her kitten.

Sidney sat down next to his daughter and smiled seeing her so happy.

“Thank you Dad.” Cameron hugged him being careful of her cat.

“Of course Cam Bug, happy birthday.” Sidney proudly smiled and brushed her hair out of her face and kissed the side of her head.

“What are you going to name him?” Taylor asked curiously to her niece.

Cameron titled her head thoughtfully before a mischievous grin came to her face, “Mack! Mr. Mack.”

Sidney let out a groan of defeat and Nate let out a booming laugh hearing the name.

"I am not a hermit, Lukas!" You huffed to your best friend as he ferreted through your closest.

"Don't call me Lukas," he replied, trying awfully hard to say his not so name in the vain tone of voice you did. "And. Yes, yes you are."

"Bullshit!"

"You've watched three seasons of Gilmore Girls in two days!"

"There is nothing wrong with that Luke!" You exclaimed. "No, no. The brown doesn't go with the Khaki."

"What do you mean? Khaki goes with brown!" Luke said placing the pants over the shirt and looking in the floor to ceiling mirror.

"Not unless you're aiming to look like a tree in a pre-school play!" You raised from the bed and stalked over to your closet, flicking through pant options. "What are we going to do again?"

"We are going bowling with some of the guys." Luke states taking a seat on the ottoman at the end of your bed.

"Define some of the guys." you continue, taking off to the dresser for your trusty set of Lorna Jane's.

"Jack's buddies." Luke vaguely specifies. "Plus Quinn. Cause he's a loner and has nothing to do."

"Quinn isn't a loner, his girlfriend is just out of town." you call walking into the bathroom. "Wait. Luke. By Jack's buddies do you mean Trevor included?"

"Well-"

"Luke! You know Trevor and me in same environment does. not. work." you walked out of the bathroom changed and trying desperately to clasp your chain.

"You don't have to talk to him at the event!" Luke pleads desperately with you. "I'm pretty sure Jack booked seperate cars anyway."

"Alright then."

"Ah, guys! I fucked the Ubers, we've only got one and we need to get 6 people in a 5 seater." Jack called to the remains of the group on the nature strip.

Luke lost about six inches in height at the look you levelled him with.

"I-" Trevor started, he stopped abruptly when your voice over powered his.

"Jack, Luke, Quinn and Cole, get in the car." Noticing the tone of the situation all four of them followed instructions.

"What about me!" Trevor exclaimed, looking stupidly adorable in that god forsaken pink beanie. He looked back and forth at you standing in the doorway of the car.

"Walk."
