I haven't lost any weight between yesterday and today and I'm sure it's because I haven't exercised enough(´;ω;`) I have a talk with my school counsellor to talk about my studies in a bit so I will probably exercise after it

This diet that I am doing says that tomorrow will be a fast day. And I am just over here thinking will I try to just do a water fast, or will I allow coffee and tea as well. And then I thought about maybe having low cal energy drink coz I usually still considered that okay for a fast day
Probably going to start it as a water fast and then if I feel like I'm going to binge, I will allow myself coffee and tea. And as a last resort, I will allow myself one energy drink if that is needed. Coz I know that usually the third day is the hardest on me during a diet
Also I really do need up my exercise, I just have been too lazy recently and that can't be me all the time
