sorry for ignoring the very few of you who read any of my porly written garbge i put on here. but me and jim are alive and well and some crazy things have happned ill eventually update you all!

and whats with the cost of the anti flea and heart worm pills in us for dogs?! yikes!!

at this point i had been on the island for just a few short months and i was already through 3 pairs of sun glasses (my scatterbrain)This was at the spot and this was my first time i was able to meet my aunt there.

i MET her THERE. i didn't go with her. or meet her in the carpark while waiting in my car all nervously with my service animal trying to keep me calm. i drove there (my 2nd or 3rd ever solo drive and went in ordered a drink and food and sat down by myself and waited! 

a year ago if you told me i’d have done that i would have broken up just at the thought of it.

With help from great family members, (friends and blood) and my awesome service dog i was able to work up the courage to do things i was sure i’d never do again!

sorry this was just an exceptional day for me.

I was on my first long haul solo drive, from Galveston Texas to Dallas For-worth.

(for my first tattoo convention that my boss owns and runs, i did general help and set up and face painting, food runs and henna body art)

THAT was a terrifying thought but i had 3 months to prepare, family members i could stay with and an amazing service dog who is an amazing travel buddy.

on the long drive up i stopped a few times (jim lets me know when he needs to go) and there is a deep water bowl you cant see here but was always about half full so he could always sip up some water.

Unfortunatly i was so nervous  about getting the journey over and watching out for other morons on the roads, that every time we stopped ,no matter how beautiful, i’d soak it in for 5-10 mins, get nervouse being out in the open with people i dont know, calm down, remeber its unlikely anyone messes with a person with a dog then throw jim’s ball or toy a few times to get him to stretch out and do hi business. Only then hop in the car and COMPLETELY forget to take any photos of the beautiful countryside! 

these pics were near the end of our journey i had just pulled into a sonic drive through for a slushy and some guy nearly rammed me going the wrong way in the one way parking lot i pulled over and then kinda had to calm myself down as i put my car into reverse my dog put his head here and nudged me. so was just sat there for a few more mines with his head then rested on my leg. i didn't realise i was still quite so rattled until i had actually fully calmed down.

I'm Glad i didn't have to go alone. i probably would of ended up hiding in my car in the woods and becoming a hermit. lol

Jim “ruff”s at things i dont notice to let me know somthing si there. somtimes its a bird on the otherside of the window, other times its a person coming up the road i didnt notice, they are quite but often followed my a low rumble growl without a raised lip, usualy indicating what ever hes warning me about is comming closer,

you’d be surprised how often its helped me not jump out of my skin when somthing suddenly flutters up against the window or somone stomps up to me.

Jim... is a percher. he always has been. he loves looking over his new domaine and being able to keep an eye on me the silly pup. From My First Winter in Texas since we’ve mooved here. 

Jim Loves my Aunt’s front porch! i do too.

So we have mooved to Galveston Island in Texas! and i’m loving it. so is Jim jim!

WE ARE ALIVE

sorry for the extremely long absence between the move from england to texas finding jobs getting jim registered as a service dog here, a brown recluse bite, a pepper sprayed, dog starting a tattoo apprentiship, lots fo hospital bills and other things i have sorely neglected this blog (and my comic etc) WE WILL post pics soon of our day to day lives sorry ! feel free to ask us what weve been up to durign our absence and our new live on Galveston in Texas!

This thing is GREAT 

just wanted to say abbay gates are awsoem, great for makeign ti clear to the dogs when and when they cannot go upstairs and especiallyuseful when getting a dog used to cats (cats can fit through the bars)

except jim can spring over this like its nothing. btu that has come in handy before so i try not to get to upset about it lol

Went to a class run by Rio and Tallentmatch (Rio = Real Idea Organisation) 

were they held a manga self-portrait thing for a a afternoon!

 first time iv drawn a human face that looks like a human face! was really pleased with it.

I attempted to do some ice dyeing.

i used left over hair dies, crazy strong food dyes and other natural die e.g. brown onion ksins boiled to make yellow.

unfortunatly i ahve no idea wha ti was doing and its all came out so so.

need some REAL fabric dyes.

jim attempted to help msotly by trying to herd be towards to treat cubboure dont he toherside of the kitcehn lol

the view out of my bedroom window, to where the dogs jump off the steps onto the SAME spot every time killing the grass, dosnt help that the guttering drain dosnt drain so the ground is ALWAYS soggy.   heck i start sinking into it lol

but its been a year now and the landlord wont fix its *sighs*   dealign with landlords is hard especially if all they say is “we lived there 15 years and it was good enough for us”  i tried to explain thigns wear out after 15 years and was told i was “just makeing problems for the sake for it”  ... nice betweent he estate adgents and the landlord nowonder this property was emtpy for over a year ebfore they could get anyone to rent it. 

let aloen the trouble to get anywhere to let us have animals even though we had to pay out an exorbitant  price for a “pet deposit” despite all the other “fees” that were sprung on us.

renting in uk is horrible.

So i found my jimjims has super sensitive pretty quickly once he became part of my life.

I have to get soem pretty fancy shapoos useualy, but i saw this and odly had heard great thigns about these 1 pound soaps for dogs

i got the medicated type, added a couple fo drops of teatree, rosemary and lavander oils and gave him a wash and closely monitered him.

and WOW, has my reservations but seriously pretty awsome stuff, dosnt make him itch, he smells good, its cheep.

been useing it for neerly 3 months now, and its been doign well but i deffinitly reccomened gettign conditioner for your long haired pooches fur for easy combing tho!

gotta try the doggy dry shampoo NEXT!

i was in town and came up from behind and saw this dog... i was 100% sure my dog had somehow gottne out and ran all the way into tow or somthing until i saw his front end.

im absolutly sure he’s related, jim wasnt bord to far from here and he look SOMUCH like my jim if a little bigger

me and M took jim to see the lady that will be temporarily fostering my jim jim while it ry to raise the moeny to take him to the states, this is mroe than heart breaking! but he seemed to have fun! please help to get my jimmies the amasign emotional support animal over to the states.
