O Futuro é agora!

As vezes fico pensando no sentido que damos à vida, basicamente uma criança nasce; cresce; estuda; trabalha; alguns continuam estudando; namora; se casa; tem filhos; cria os filhos; espera a reforma e morre. Claro que não perfeitamente nessa ordem. Mas a grande questão é porque seguir esse repertório? Todos querem ser diferentes, mas fazemos sempre as mesmas coisas e ainda assim queremos obter resultados diferentes. Como isso pode dar certo? Simplesmente não dá! Reclamamos de tudo a toda hora, mas no fundo parece que se não cumprirmos esse "ciclo da vida" não nos sentiremos realizados. Mas até aí tudo bem, até entendo, por que existem etapas que realmente são essenciais na nossa vida. Minha real indignação é no modo como valorizamos coisas fúteis e banais, tornando-as mais importantes do que aquilo, que sentimos e gostamos e que realmente nos faz bem. Fico observando as pessoas no dia a dia... Nas suas expectativas... Sei lá é como se todos vivessem apenas para o futuro... Trabalho, Trabalho e trabalho e o objetivo é sempre o mesmo obter bens materiais... E por fim poder cumprir o modelo de vida que todos querem... Casar e ter filhos, apenas para dizer que formou uma família. É tudo tão superficial, como se as pessoas não tivessem sonhos... Vivem apenas para seguir o que todos fazem. Os sonhos estão sempre ligados no futuro. Aí penso... Isso realmente é viver ? A vida é cada momento... Será que aproveitamos estes momentos ou deixamos todos os momentos do nosso presente passem despercebidos, porque estamos com os olhos fixados no futuro? Aí penso mais além... Afinal que futuro? Não sabemos se estaremos vivos nos próximos 5 minutos quanto mais daqui a 5 anos. O futuro de uma pessoa pode estar sendo o agora... E neste exacto momento chegar o fim. Sendo assim como podemos viver idealizando nossa felicidade em algo que não nos pertence? É estranhos tudo isso. Vejo como se não tivéssemos nem noção do que estamos fazendo aqui. A minha ideia de futuro é de nos prepararmos e evitar fazer coisas na vida nas quais não poderão mais ser perdoadas. Porque o futuro de todos será exatamente o momento do fim. E isso é algo individual, não é apenas relacionado ao fim do mundo. Às vezes tenho a sensação que ninguém pensa nisso..Entretanto é difícil mesmo, até eu pensando nisso agora, há momentos que esqueço e vivo as ilusões do futuro como todos. É uma coisa digamos que automático. Mas porque não vivemos cada momento, como se fosse o último... Não digo de viver inconsequentemente, mas aproveitar mais o nosso presente, de repente fazer aquilo que gostamos, aquilo que nos faz sentir bem hoje, ao invés de guardar tudo para o futuro incerto que temos. Fugir um pouco desse modelo de vida que a sociedade nos impõe, talvez... Ter a oportunidade de realizar-se em todos sentidos, mesmo que sejam coisas fora do comum. A ideia é se sentir feliz com as coisas simples da vida. Só isso! Mesmo que aparentemente, seja uma atitude idiota aos olhos do mundo.

I’m the Love of My Life...

I’m the Love of My Life I'm the love of my life. And saying it out loud isn’t an act of egocentrism or arrogance. It’s a reflection we should all internalize every day, just like someone who starts off their mornings with a good cup of coffee.

It’s not egocentric to take care of yourself, solve your fears, heal your wounds. It’s not egocentric to leave behind people who have harmed you in order to face tomorrow with optimism and resistance. Because if I'm okay, I'll be able to give the best of myself to others. I'll be able to be happy and offer happiness.

I don’t need to be better than anyone else. I don’t need to have what you have. It’s enough for me to just be myself, to be the love of my life in order to offer you the best of my tranquil soul and my serene heart, free of hate or rancor.

Though it may surprise you, it’s easy to reach this state where you can love yourself fully and without limitations. Somehow, we’re almost accustomed to not only prioritizing the needs of others, but also clinging to external things as if they were our only identity: a job, a house, money…

Many dimensions cover us, layer by layer, like a shell, where slowly we start losing that essence that is self-love.

Because we should never forget that if we’re okay, the world is okay. If your thoughts and emotions don’t vibrate with that internal harmony that is self-respect, your reality will be distorted.
