do you have any tips for someone who wants to start working on cars? should i just grab a wrench and youtube "oil change tutorial"? find a shop that's hiring and start working there? what do you think?

YouTube is your best friend!

Or if you like, go to some mechanic shops and just ask for some work experience, there would be places more than happy to have a lacky by their side (lacky = assistant)

Or you could buy a second hand car (that you like) and fix it up bit by bit. 😄

I also never knew there were people out there that don't know what a Bunnings is, so. Its a hardware and tool shop in Australia. Its like IKEA or Walmart but for everything DIY, trade, construction etc. I spend on average... let me think... WAY too long in these shops because they're HUGE.

Cons of a black hat. And fun fact, sweat bleaches your clothes. And I sweat, alot...
