dear fellow writers, artists, and content creators in general,

you do not need validation from strangers to continue doing what you love. the compliments are nice, the reblogs are great, the likes are cool and they are something you can be grateful for, but do not put your enjoyment and happiness on the shoulders of those who do not know you from a can of paint. do what you enjoy and others who enjoy that same thing will come as needed, but allow yourself to be the fan to your own fire. find validation within yourself and learn to love what you do again.
