Most of them fell off or Were blown away by the wind They ended up on the ground Where they were left to die Now there is just one left On its own but standing strong Against the wind and rain Not giving up But the flower is dying and Not able to hold on anymore It lets its body crumple Till it reaches the ground While the flower is down The last petal remains Waving in the wind The last one still standing
