Coming to my store (http://www.map-map.net/shop) at 7.30pm Oct 25th (TODAY). Clafurd  A true farmer understands their land. Is in tune with the seasons, and all complexities of the flora and fauna in their little patch of the world.  This knowledge is why you can find Clafurd walking through his fields at certain times of year. To the untrained eye his movement is slow and winding, ten steps to his right, stop, dig dig dig, pat down, prod, drop seed, walk 100 meters behind him, repeat, off over the hill, most likely repeat again. But two years later you notice in one of those erratic looking locations the last days of a tree casting it's shadow over a sapling, vegetation leading the local grass eaters to start nesting a little bit further away from Clafurd's cabbage crop. This one job may paint a calm and picturesque view of farming life. Hopefully the fact that this is another job after he's done a day of work from the earliest of dawns, makes you think again. But Clafurd does consider it a calling so they still feel deep amount of pride, although if he could hire an extra two or six sets of hands that would be great... As a nomadic species from the moment those eggs were layed up onto her head they went, luckily it's not been a chased "nogsting" season with only one egg lost to predators. Let's hope the oblivious chick stage isn't too risk filled. Yes their species is birthed mildly premature into a thick healthy branch and left to absorb some gathered nourishment from the sun and the soil. This allows the species to grow that little bit stronger, while also letting the mother birth a slightly smaller pup and get some rest before the parenting begins. I've no idea why he took the cart...I'm guessing the punt (official term, as the disk of wood is popped out at great speed by a kick or thump) was not expected so soon. Canla & Mose This mother and son team goes where no one else can. Canla has the path finding skill, Mose has the physique, together they are unbeatable. But the secret spice is their family bond that creates a rhythm of stopping to make sure they're fit to go on and the brutal honest that they can make that last mile. Oh and the crown isn't a hint at royalty. Mose spotted it in the long grass of a short hill and just popped it over her horn. Even though they travel and chart the world they don't hang out with Museum types, so who knows if it's important or left by a LARP group.
