This is another OOC post type thing because today at work usually to make time go by faster while typing I think about rp. Today my focus was around Lorna, then adding in my need to have things organized for my own sanity, this post was born. 

Pretty much this post is about Lorna being pregnant and quick little things for myself to remember along with other people.

+Since the show has never really given a time frame on her pregnancy and in an interview it said she was only couple months in, I’m going to have her at almost 3 months. Just picking a random day so on June 22nd it will be 3 months, which now I need to mark that so I remember. + Now I’ve never been pregnant; however, google is my best friend and will be helping me on keeping track of what she should be dealing with at what specific time. So like when she should be feeling the little one kicking, or the weird cravings, etc. + Tomorrow morning if I have time or tomorrow tonight because it’s my early night, I’ll be adding a few more things to Lorna’s navi page. Cause once in a while I might just have her reblog some random food when the weird cravings come or if she manages to find maternity clothes that fit her style. Figured with her being pregnant just have a small section of things Lorna may want, especially if she finds clothes that might fit her style when she starts to get a bit bigger.

I will probably add more as I think about it, but I just blanked on what else I had in my head from work. So I’ll leave it at this for now and add if I can remember anything. Now I need to head to bed cause I have to get up early for work since it’s my early day.

              The view of someone appearing through a wall only caused Lorna to look up for a brief moment. She may have not been the biggest fan of people walking into places where she was without a heads up, but seeing someone use their powers without trying to hide them was more important. “Wasn’t going to ask. I’m used to people with abilities showing up and vanishing without really any notice,” she told the other one.

Kitty wasn’t the usual girl. Infact, she was strange and seemed to use her mutant powers each chance she got. As for working with people she didn’t know, she always felt uncomfortable and awkward. Placing a book down, she walked towards the door. Taking a look at it, she shrugged and decided to take the usual walk through the wall. Once she came out of the other side, she rolled her eyes. “Don’t ask. Just get use to it."

         Did Lorna really just hear this guy right? A slight turn of her head gave her a quick look to see this guy seemed serious about the question. “I have no idea, it isn’t really my top priority on the things I worry about,” she replied with a shrug. “Probably be better asking someone who works in a store or some fruit stand for an answer just my two cents on the matter.” If he took her advice or not, it wasn’t really her problem.

they didn’t seem to fear him here, not that he could tell. none of the civilians pointed and whispered at his face that hid underneath the ball cap. none cried out upon recognizing him. maybe this place wasn’t so bad. “i wonder if plums are in season.”

SHE has been known to be FEARLESS yet ANGRY. if you saw HER around, you’d notice their DARK HAIR WITH GREEN MIXED IN, QUESTIONABLE FASHION, METAL JEWERLY, PALE SKIN, ALWAYS WEARING AN UNIMPRESSED FACE, AND ALWAYS READY TO PROTECT FAMILY/FRIENDS.

Hey, so I’m Liz and I’m on Est timezone. This is my first time in this type of rp as I’ve done ask base games and things on other servers but this is my first time doing this type. So I’m slowly learning, but I’ll slowly learn as we go and hopefully, I don’t mess up too much. Also on Friday through Monday, I work from 1 to 11:30 with Saturday being a slightly shorter day, but that means I’ll only reply before work or after work depending on how exhausted I am. So just a little heads up on those days, but my days off I’m around way more than I should be.

Anyways, enough about me, let me introduce my baby girl who I’m excited to try and hope I do her justice. This here is Lorna Dane aka Polaris from The Gifted, which if you haven’t seen the show, then you should. Here are some fun things you need to know about her:

Lorna is a mutant with the ability of Magnetokinesis, Ferromagnetism, and  Electromagnetism.Her whole thing is around metal and magnetic fields, which is why she can stop bullets, blow out lights, and even cause people unable to use cells or walkies. If you have any type of metal on you whether it’s a gun, something from a surgery, etc, then she will know and she can use it.

Her step-father was a pilot who died in a plane crash and found out recently her father is actually Magneto who she met when younger; however, she thought it was a friend of her mother’s.

She doesn’t believe in hiding who you are and proud of being a mutant. Believes it’s a gift and mutants should be treated just like everyone else.

Fell in love with Marcos Diaz and he actually is the light to her darkness, but even with things bad between them right now, she couldn’t  see herself with anyone else. Cause she’s pretty sure no one could deal with her personality.

Is bipolar and HATES when anyone uses the term crazy around her though she tries to hide it. Even if you call her plan crazy, it isn’t to her, but she will take offense.

Went to jail because she threw herself in the line of fire so Marcos could get away. Her time on the inside had her seeing how mutants were treated, pissing her off even more than she already was.

She’s pregnant and the baby has been making her stronger with her abilities.

This Lorna is coming from the finale so this is spoilers and you’ve been warned.

She wants to make the world a better place for her baby and is tired of hiding and being always on the run from humans. So she’s now with the Hellfire Club.

Lorna is stubborn and an angry one so she isn’t one to back down, especially when she believes what she’s doing is right.

Has no problem speaking her mind or punching someone for talking ill about her kind.

She isn’t one to be impressed by much and can come across as rather scary cause very rarely does she smile; however, Marcos is one of the few people who can bring out her softer side.

Has no problem jumping into doing something stupid even while pregnant since Lorna doesn’t show fear of any kind unless she’s alone or with someone she trusts. She’ll always have the back of her friends/family, protecting them at all costs, which is part of the reason she brought the plane down.

This is quite long and I might add later on more as we go, but I’ll stop from now. Hopefully I do this character justice cause I’m excited to try her out.
