Do you ever want to talk to someone but
1) You feel like you’re bothering them or coming off clingy
2) You don’t have anything to say, you just want to talk to them
3) You don’t know how to hold a conversation to save your life

Are there any cliches in a superpower/hero-ish stories that have been repeated so many times they're not worth reading any more? Or any that should be avoided the most?
Cliches:
Super tragic back story that involves family members (most often parents)
Experiments gone wrong = superpowers
No one ever dies
Genius level intellect
Superhero doesn’t get a date/romantic sub plot until after they get their powers
Avoid in General:
Love interest gets kidnapped more than once and this is seen as nothing more than a coincidence
Female love interest exists just to get kidnapped and create angst for male superhero
Passive love interests with no agency
Superman-like superheroes
