Sunday=long run day🏃These Banana Oat and Quinoa Muffins are the perfect post-workout fuel💪🍌🍎 #wholegrains #noaddedsugar #vegan #baking #halftraining #rdapproved ************************************************* ✨Ingredients: 1/2 cup apple sauce, 3 ripe bananas mashed, 2 1/2 cups rolled oats, 1/2 cup quinoa (uncooked), 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 apple diced, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 tbsp honey optional 💫Recipe for 9-12 muffins➡️preheat oven to 375 F➡️boil 1/2 cup quinoa➡️mix wet ingredients (mashed banana, almond milk, apple sauce, vanilla) into dry ingredients (cooked quinoa, oats and cinnamon)➡️mix in apple pieces➡️add mix to muffin pan and bake in oven for 20-25 mins!

Prepping for the new year with some Golden Milk💛🍼💛Ingredients: 2 cups almond milk, 1 tsp dried turmeric, a few thinly sliced pieces of fresh finger, a sprinkle of black pepper, ground cinnamon and honey to taste! Recipe👉1. Place milk in saucepan over medium heat 2. Add turmeric, ginger and pepper, stir well! 3. Let milk begin to simmer and continuously stir. 4. Say no 🙅 to egg nog and yes 👍 to this hot toddy to keep your hot body in check this holiday season💃 This low-cal cocktail is one of my favorite treats during the cold winter months💛🍵⛄➡️️Recipe for two: 1. Boil 20 oz of water with star anise, cinnamon sticks and cloves and pour into mugs 2. Add fresh squeezed lemon OR grapefruit juice and stir well for a vitamin C boost 3. Add 1.5 oz bourbon of your choice per mug 4. Add honey or agave *optional 5. Garnish with orange slice➡️drink upp😜

Last nights zuchinni noodles with lemon-basil avocado "cream" sauce!✨ Recipe: 2 ripe avocados, 7oz container of 2% @fage plain greek yogurt, fresh-squeezed lemon juice, 10 fresh basil leaves, 1 tbsp minced garlic & blend til mixed! Put salt on zoodles to draw out moisture and prevent sogginess. Let sit for 30 mins, then boil zoodles for 1 min to rinse off salt. Next saute with 1 tbsp minced garlic and olive oil. Mix in sauce and enjoy!💚
