Encanto Theory

Bruno saw a vision of the Madrigals and the Guzmans being united by marriage.

Lets says it was years ago before Mariano, Isabela and Dolores were born. 

I imagine the words…

“The first born Guzman son will marry the first born Madrigal daughter in what will be known as a perfect union.” 

And Isabela is born and they are like hey this is the the first born daughter the vision was about. Only…. Bruno didn’t say WHICH first born daughter!

Senora Guzman even says “Let’s hope tonight is not a horrible disaster” you know….like how all Brunos visions usually go.

That’s why the Madrigals were so onboard with the engagement of Mariano and Isabela. It wasn’t arranged. They thought it was meant to be!

Isabela even went along with it cause she thought that’s how it was supposed to go.

Probably some plot holes here and there with my theory, but it’s fun to think about :)

Hey guys! Shroom here. You might also know me as evillandscaper, resident Olive fan, or, shroomsandwich, also resident olive fan.

For a while I've been wanting to do a big project for our fandom. My friend cacti did something similar with the secret valentines event a while back, and ever since I've wanted to do something like this too.

So I am!

I'm organizing a fandom wide collaboration where WE, the fandom, are redrawing the odd squad episode Olive and Otto in shmumberland! That is this one, that was half animated. (And in my opinion, the art style is a little bit funny). Once we finish, or once we get a good amount done, I'm planning on sending it to Tim McKeon himself!

So, this collab is open to artists EVERYWHERE! Everyone! No matter your skill level! I'll be putting out an interest form pretty soon. The link to the discord server for the event is right below this video! No worries if you can't join, or if you're too shy to, you can connect with me personally and I'll organize you separate of everyone else. I really really REALLY recommend you do, though, since this fandom has so many welcoming and... BEAUTIFUL AWESOME AMAZING INCREDIBLE artists... and I really really really hope you guys consider joining.

Did a little experiment. I went to my settings and blocked the #detey and #dog man x petey tags, then went to the general #dog man tag. You do not UNDERSTAND how much I cannot see

Fairywinkle-Cosma family tree study. Tried to theorize how they would inherit mane/coat colors as ponies, especially with Wanda and Blonda's unknown mother. More under cut

Cosmo gets his mane from his dad and coat from his mom

I NEEDED to differentiate Cosmo from his brother in a method other than "different nose and hairstyle", so I gave Schnozmo a green coat (from his dad) and black streaks in his mane (just for aesthetic)

Not sure if that mane is dyed or if he got it from somewhere. If it's the latter, then it came from his mom's side.

Onto the Fairywinkles! For the sake of MLP inheritance rules, I gave the mother blue hair to justify Blonda's coat.

Very convenient for both the sisters to have yellow in their designs, so the mother can have that too

Now Peri... he frustrates me because putting anything OTHER than purple in his design feels... wrong somehow? But shoehorning purple in anyone else's color scheme also seemed wrong?

Wanda does have some purple relatives, so i assume he just pulled all his colors from there.

He probably has white hoofmarks though. Just for my satisfaction.
