Sunday workout. So easy to procrastinate but at least I've got this awesome backyard with some Canadian pride as my gym! 6 sets total. Each set repeated 3 times, run to the fence and back between each set. 30 minute workout for me:
Set #1 - 5 bosu burpees, 10 mountain climbers, 10 pushups. Bosu is upside down for this. Set #2 - 10 bosu squats, 10 crazy 8's (each leg - stand one-legged on the bosu and reach down to the bosu, kicking your back leg backwards). Bosu is still upside down for this set.
Set #3 - 10 lunges (10 reps each leg), 10 "shuffle over"'s. Bosu is now flipped over with the blue side up.
Set #4 - floorwork. 10 leg raises each side, 10 taps (tap in front and then behind), 10 leg raises using the lower leg.
Set #5 & #6 - repeat Set 1 and 2.

Day 1 on Tumblr! I am a >40 year old Canadian mom who is on a mission of self-improvement. This Covid catastrophe has woken me up from the sleepwalking I was doing in my personal and professional life. It is time to make a number of changes to benefit my health, career, and personal growth, and I am up for the challenge.
