To the youth of America (and the world)

I just wanted to apologize for the current state of humanity at this point in time. All of this has been the result of decades of corruption and, worst of all, apathy from the citizens of this world. The bad (and good) thing now is that apathy is no longer an option. But remember that no matter how dark it gets that there is always hope. Remember that there is good in people. And if you don't see that good, then be that good. You'll be surprised at how contagious that can be. Please don't be apathetic. The only way to fix all of this is through knowledge and understanding. Learn everything you can. Expose yourself to as many cultures as you can find. Protect institutions of knowledge and free speech like libraries, universities, and the internet. Watch out for marketing that discourages you from learning or improving yourself in more than just aethstetics. In fact, question ALL marketing. It's everywhere, you know. You are beautiful, intelligent, creative, and can change the world with a thought. Anyone or anything that tells you otherwise is trying to sell you something or control you in some way. Mankind has brought itself to the brink and back so many times that it's hard to keep track. But that doesn't mean we don't have to fight to save us all. Fight. Resist against opression. Elimimate racism, homophobia, and hate. Let's do this.
