Exactly. You want someone who hates fun? Ron. You want someone boring? Garry (much less boring than Mark but still not the most interesting passionate person in the department). You want someone who never gets what the crazy people around them are on about? Ann. Later, Ben. You want a straight guy? Ron again. You want someone selfish? Tom.
