The SOL furniture Store and Starbucks Cafe Magnolia Promenade

I turned the incredible @annasiims' SOL baby store and Café into a three story furniture showcase to inspire me before starting a new build. 100/10 recommend for anyone who forgets the CC they have installed.

A Japanese cuisine inspired restaurant! There's a possibility that the menu and employee uniforms might disappear. As for the menu it’s because I had Custom Food and Drinks but for the uniform I don’t know what’s happening.

Thanks to the TOOL mod and Timeless mod, a very different Windenburg and Magnolia Promenade take shape. Hopefully at some point I actually play the game that is now modded quite extensively, having found fixes and enhancements for a bunch of stuff, along with some purely cosmetic cc.

Magnolia Promenade looks alive. Kind of...

so, I renovated willow creek (and magnolia promenade) again.

willow creek is a small town suburban neighborhood with (unfurnished) homes in all price ranges + a sprawling downtown area equipped with restaurants, a nail salon, a clothing boutique, a gym and yoga studio, a boxing gym, a cafe, an office space, a small library, a movie theater, an a bowling alley. 

magnolia promenade is an educational complex that contains the local high school*, an auditorium (for prom, graduation, career day, etc.), a basketball court, and a swimming pool that is open to the public on weekends.

* I recommend using zerbu’s venue changes mod to make the high school functional with the “high school years” expansion pack.
