Berwick Law on a glorious Scottish morning a few years ago. I love the detail in this one, specifically the texture of the terrain. Its markings and characteristics tell stories of its volcanic past and its run-ins with glaciers during the Ice Age.

The thing I like about photographing locations such as this is that the process of writing about your image encourages you to learn about the history of the subject. Visiting areas around Scotland photographing it whilst learning and sharing its past is something that I'd like to do.

Finally got round to buying a Wii U. Surprised at how good playing on the gamepad is. Bought the Bayonetta 2 special edition with it so I’m currently playing through the first Bayonetta and loving every second of it.
