I have been bulking (i.e. working to gain weight) since I became a vegan in May 2014. This is the first video in my journey to becoming a physique competitor.
Got some more Naked Pea protein powder in the mail today! Also had a great chest and back workout this evening. Enjoying a late dinner:
- 3 cups organic pumpkin, ginger rice noodles
- ½ cup organic tomato sauce (I added various spices)
- 2 organic bananas with 2 Tbs of cashew butter and a dash of cocoa powder
- 6 cups organic baby spinach with ¼ cup raisins and plain oil/vinegar dressing
- Vanilla pea/hemp/rice protein shake (35 grams of protein)
Ready to CRUSH my workout this evening. Here’s my larger-than-usual pre-workout meal:
2 cups organic white quinoa
1 organic avocado
3 cups organic baby spinach
¼ cup organic sauerkraut
1 oz organic raisins
1 oz organic blue corn chips
1 TBS organic flaxseed oil
