Reasons why we're leaving under the read more ✌️

A lot of shit has led to us being unhappy here.

When we first discovered the plural community we couldn't be happier! It felt like home. But we quickly received a ton of hate. Regarding our username, mostly. We were harassed for months and it's never entirely stopped.

We have also come across a few false accusations about us on other people's blogs. Lies about us being stalkers and shit. (As well as the false pedo allegations that have followed us since we were like 10)

This is all only a few years after we were chased out of a different community that we'd been using as a coping mechanism. Same shit, different community basically. And this has only worsened our OCD, which was already really fuckin bad after that.

It's like every time we find somewhere we think we belong, we have that comfort ripped away. Years of that repeated trauma will really fuck you up, you know?

So, one of us has recently had the urge to delete our blog. And we might let him soon, because we're all collectively tired of the paranoia and hyper vigilance needed to run this blog. :/

Shout out to endogenic systems who became trauma survivors later in life, especially if it affected how your system is structured.

It can be so hard to find a place and resources for you, as many assume that endogenic systems can't become disordered and can't ever experience trauma and have it affect them.

You all still deserve community and a safe place to be heard, without your identity being interrogated and doubted because of your experiences.
