I want need to start taking better care of myself. I have to remind myself that it's okay to be selfish when it comes to your health and wellbeing.
Be consistent with my morning and bedtime routine. 7am wake up/in bed at 10pm
Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep
Read a chapter of my book a day
1 hr of movement a day
10 min walk after every meal
Eat 3 meals a day
Only eat out 1x per week
Schedule meaningful time with friends
Keep my apartment clean
