This blog is going to be placed under a hiatus for the time being. I don’t plan on it being indefinite, but I just haven’t had the muse to be here with the struggle it is to get anything going.    “Only a kiss? I should be insulted.” Icy gave a small smirk, wrapping her arms around the other as she accepted the kiss before letting go. “I’m kidding. Thank you.” After all, she wasn’t really one who celebrated her birthday anyways. It was only ever her and her sisters in Icy’s eyes. Regardless it was a gesture she would happily accept.

A quick kiss on the cheek and a small perfectly wrapped present slipped into Icy’s hands, inside was a beautiful set of diamond earrings. “Happy birthday Nee-san.”

Icy wasn’t expecting the gift (stupid of her really, yet every year it happened). She rarely acknowledged her own birthday but celebrated for Stormy and Darcy. Still she smiled when she saw the gift Darcy had given her. “Thank you, Darcy. And Happy Birthday to you too.”
