“Logic,” he said calmly. “He seemed comfortable to admit that you were dead and that he was taking your position even if you have children.”
"Either somebody explains what happened /now/ or there will be fireworks. The bad kind."
Cubit had not been expecting visitors. But now he had a very distraught, intimidating visitor.
He wriggled in his chair–actually it was Ixion’s chair, his favorite with the delicate blue and cream patterns and the un-cushioned arms. “Ah, hello, Max, I was not… expecting you so soon.”

Max sat down beside him as if invited. “You looked dead. I had to make sure if you were dead from something I couldn’t fix before I went to kill him. I suppose his life is safe now.”

Ixion was alive.
Max visibly relaxed, and his countenance shifted from that creepy blank state to something more human. “Your dear Judge said that you were dead,” Max said pleasantly. “I should shoot him for scaring me like that, given that you are not.”
He wasn’t sure the other was okay, though.

Max let out a quiet sigh and kept his scanning on while he went to help him up; Ixion wasn’t dead at least, but who knew what shape he was in.
“You aren’t dead, then.”

Max approached the X unit that was clearly not awake, checking his systems to see what the problem was and whether it was something that he could fix.

Max checked the bathroom first given that it was a smaller place to look. If Ixion wasn’t there, then he would head for the lab.

Max brushed Foxtar off, instantly heading towards Ixion’s rooms; that was where the other usually was, and if anything, he would be there.
Sorry Foxtar. He would apologize later.

He was a computer program, but alas, he took his duties very seriously.
“Really.” His expression had gone completely blank, as well. “Then it would be in your best interests to run far while I deal with X.”
Not Ixion. Not Raichu. But X.

“I am sure that you were not,” Max said, his voice oddly flat and not acknowledging Foxtar’s nervousness. “Now. Explanation.”

“Hey, I’m helping deliver the eggs. So, it’s been researched and all, and here’s what you’ll probably find inside. Lucky you.~”
“Take good care of it, alright?”
“Oh, thank you so much,” Xeph said, reaching out to take the egg. As he glanced over the image that he’d also been given, his eyebrows went up. Though he wasn’t the most knowledgeable about Pokemon, he was sure that was not the normal coloration for this species...
“A Snubbull, right?” he said, smiling down at the egg. “It’ll be well taken care of.”

Pokemon Event!
“In penance for ‘unnecessary violence’ against wild Pokemon, I’m now part of an adoption drive. Community service.” “I am given a hundred random Pokemon Eggs to redistribute far and wide.” “All you need to do is click ‘Reblog’ (Not Like!) to receive an egg. Limited to one per person. You must also hatch it on your own.” “In order to receive your gift, you must activate the ‘Submit’ function of your residence. In other words your doors, mailboxes or whatnot must be open to receive your new friend. Otherwise we cannot deliver.” “Anyone who registers and did not activate the Submit function will not have a second chance. We cannot entrust a precious life to someone who couldn’t follow basic instructions.” “No ‘Personal Blogs’ or Mun Blogs please. I’m sorry, but your worlds are off limits for the adoption drive.” “The event ends on the 26th of June or stock runs out. All tickets after that will be ignored, so please submit early!”

HC binary
((For Max and the Armors, binary isn’t simply text that consists of 1s and 0s – it’s an actual spoken language that they are all capable of speaking. Of course, to a human, it won’t make any sort of sense, though a robot would be able to identify it as binary that they are speaking in. A program (sapient ones like Max, at least) would be completely fluent in binary and would have no issues speaking to other people or muttering to itself in it.))

Max tapped Ixion on the nose. “That is a sign that you need to drop everything and take a break for a few hours.”
"You screamed?"
“Dad. Dad. Where have you been? I could have gotten myself killed without you,” he said seriously.
Foxtar rolled his eyes. Raichu ignored him.
“It’s true, yesterday I walked into a glass door because I was distracted and nearly fractured my skull.”
At that, Judge Foxtar boredly said,“Your skull is made of metal, sir. You broke the door.”

He wasn’t afraid of this X; he had no reason to be at all. If anything, this particular unit would demand snuggles.
“...I always miss you too, you know. You don’t want to come visit me?” He teased lightly, ruffling the blond’s hair.
"You screamed?"

He twitched slightly at the other’s words, more due to the small portion in his programming that reacted to the idea of an X in danger, but crossed his arms and frowned at him.
“Really, don’t act like you have to worry me by saying things like that, I know you’re a capable young X.” Ixion was smarter than he normally portrayed himself as to some people.
