I spent all week just trying not to think about it, but when the day ends and I'm laying there, I stare at my ceiling for hours. I don't cry, I don't cringe from the pain. I just lay there and think, what I could I have done different? Why wasn't I there? WHY WASN'T I THERE!? If I had been different I could have spent some time with her before this all happened. I just wish we could've spent just a little more time together.
I'll love you forever Grandma, I'm sorry I couldn't be by your side till the final moments, but you'll forever be in my heart. You were the best grandma in the world.
