Headcannon Steve Harrington can sing

OK so we all know that Joe Kerry can sign irl so... what if he sung in the show!! I'm picturing everyone (the kids, Nancy, Jonathan, Robyn, maybe even Argyle and Eddie depending on the timeline) are coming over and Steve maybe forgets or thinks he has more time or smt. Anyway, everyone rocks up to his house and are trying to find him when they hear a guitar paying in the backyard so obviously they go to investigate and find Steve. He doesn't notice them and starts singing weatherman by Zach Hood. When he finished there could be awkward silence or applause idc butttt what's important is that everyone thinks the song is about Nancy (this is post Stancy breakup). Nancy being Nancy (I love her but like most journalists she needs to learn boundaries) tries to insist on them talking about it and Steve keeps telling her no and eventually says that's its not about her. That he wrote it years ago.

She (and the others) don't believe him. Maybe they get a bit patronising about it or give him pitting looks or just completely ignore him saying that it want about Nancy but eventually he just snaps and yells that its about his parents. Maybe he then goes on to ask if any one of them have ever actually seen then despite constantly being at his house. Maybe he storms out and they start to make the connections by themselves... regardless Steve expresses and deals with his emotions through music and you can't change my mind!!
