you said at one point you were going to make art of all of the high lords and their beast forms iirc. if you end up doing that, can you post them all in one post? (I'm still miffed we don't have official accounts for what the other HL beast forms look like. I had even forgotten HL other than Tamlin had beast forms)

I said and I will! I have sketched out Tarquin, but I'll do them all eventually. I will post them separately at first, but once I have them all, they'll get together in one post!

@tamlinweek Day 4: Happily Ever After

This scene is based on a Tamlin/Lucien fic that a friend wrote for me and I really wanted to draw it because not only do I like the fic a lot, but it's also my one biggest wish for future books: For Tamlin to apologize to Lucien and for them to make up and be their found family again that I loved so much in book 1.

Tamlin Week Coloring Pages 2024

We have a very special surprise for everyone!

If you have been struggling to find a way to participate in Tamlin Week, or if you just want to do some relaxing grown-up coloring, you're in luck! Four of the Tamlin fandom's artists have drawn up some never-before-seen coloring pages featuring our favorite High Lord!

You can access all of the coloring pages in our Google Drive folder here, where they are in much higher quality than we can post on tumblr. Each page has the option to download with or without the background, depending on your preference. You may publish your colored masterpieces for Tamlin Week (April 14-20), or just enjoy them in private!

While the pictures are free to use, please give credit where credit is due and tag the original artists when you upload your finished work! Please do not alter or re-upload the artists' original line drawings and/or take credit for their work. Please do share your work and tag @tamlinweek so that we can see it, too!

Coloring Tips:

The images can either be colored traditionally, or digitally using your software of choice. For example, photopea.com is free to use and acts just like Photoshop!

If you choose to go the traditional route, Lady Midnight recommends printing the images on a heavier paper like cardstock. (Neenah Classic Crest in Solar White, 80 lb is her paper of choice for marker work, for example.) Consider using alcohol ink markers, colored pencils like Prismacolor, and/or light washes of watercolor to add color to your project.

A Birthday gift for my beloved @thrumbolt! A sort of sequel to her amazing Calanmai comic. Tamlin felt bad he ruined their makeout sesh when he was posessed so he's making sure they can have a little afterparty with just the two of them.

When will commissions be open? I don’t think you understand how bad I need a comic from you

Ahh, anon! I am both honored and flustered!

I'm sorry my commissions are constantly closed, but I have a full time job and am a very slow artist and I just do not really have the time for commissions. Or rather, in the little time I do have, I want to focus on drawing my own things. Which means that, sadly, unless I lose my job, my commissions will remain closed. :(

hi, sorry if this is a rude question, i’m not very familiar with tumblr etiquette but i was hoping to be able to use a baby tamlin drawing of yours as the header for a blog but i don’t want to do it without giving you credit or without asking for permission — would you mind telling what you’d suggest i do? thanks!

Hi there dear anon! No, it is not a rude question at all, in fact I'm glad you asked, so I can answer this for everyone: My art is free for personal use, no need to ask! You can put it on your blog, as your profile picture, print it out and put it on your wall - it's all good.

But yes, credit is of course greatly appreciated. A link to my tumblr is the best, but a simple name drop (art by thrumugnyr) is just as fine. You can put it in your blog description or wherever you like.

There are really only 3 things I do not permit with my art:

Do not use it commercially. You can print your own T-Shirt for example, but if I find you selling my work for money I will take legal measures.

Do not claim my art as yours.

Do not feed it into AI.
