I’m a beginner artist 🥺 do you have have any tips/ advice?

My friend, you should not be taking any advices from me, trust. I am not a professional artist let alone art teacher. I have never went to no art scool or courses, i never even had any patience to watch free art tutorials on youtube. I do as I feel and slap bunch of colors together until it looks good to me, my process of drawing is such an absolute mess that I don't think anything coherent might be picked up from it, i still have a very long way to go. If you're wondering what helped me specifically then it's just not trying to copy anyone. Nab something little that I like, maybe, but trying to do exactly like someone else doing had ruined all my drive to draw for a long time, cuz I always then compared it to those who i "looked up" to and was constantly disappointed. Then i realized, it's cuz i'm trying to walk someone else's art journey and not my own. I stopped hating what i do and perceive my failings as a part of a journey only when i stopped looking up to anyone who's already "on top" and actually started climbing my own ladder. Only then my drawing started to form their own "personality". Don't know if it'll work for anyone else, but that's the only thing that i can say with certainty, don't expect any teaching from me on technical drawing stuff, cuz i have no idea what i'm doing 💀

Is Basaman okay with being with a single parent ?

Very much so. Basaman has a very soft spot for the young, and makes sure kids leave his maze safely, if one ever wanders there. A person already having a kid would never be an issue for him, so long as their heart has a place for him.

He won't ever see a child as a burden or a "competition" for attention of the child's parent. On the contrary, Basaman would be very much invested in the child, their feelings and interests, so much so that it might make the biological parent complain about attention lol. He will do his best to connect with them and will consider them his own, even if the child doesn't recognise him as their father (which would probably hurt his feelings, especially if the kid is really mean about it, but he won't l push for it, nor be upset with the child. But he will hope that one day the kid will accept him). He would also want to have more offsprings, especially if the partner has only one child. And while he would love to have children that are biologically his, it would not matter that much if his partner would rather adopt.

Honestly, the only things I can think of that are considered normal/healthy but Basaman would never accept is polyamory/open relationships.
