Tilly turns the Billowers inside out :: from white to printed pants, and midway tucked up as a skirt. The fabric, though it looks and feels like silk, is actually Cupro. It's made from a byproduct of cotton, is machine washable and breathes like air. The tank tube and sleeves are the super soft staple base. [[ http://www.shoptillyandwilliam.com/#!tubes/ce9r ]]

Amidst a long-winded, nail-on-the-head-hitting story about the annoying mind-numbing madness that pervades NYFW, Fashion Week Sucks Balls, Vice saved the only kind words in the story for TILLYandWILLIAM. "Or this one, where there was a fucking INTERPRATIVE FASHION DANCE. It was incredible. The two models came out and then danced, like, right in the faces of the audience (luckily not in mine, I would've lost it) before stripping each other, then getting dressed in one another's clothes. It was amazing." THANKS VICE!

"In Tilly and William's debut collection, they’ve created a visibly piece-y line, complete with shawls, scarves, pants, dresses, and capes almost entirely in a neutral color scheme-whites, blacks, and tans with spots of muted colors. But, one major element was entirely gray: boundaries. Each garment possessed fluidity, and this fluidity wasn’t just limited to the consistent draping and layering. Capes were reversible. Pants transformed into tops with the help of strategic cut-outs. Dresses became skirts. And, much of this evolution, this transcendence of what appeared to be physical limitations, occurred in front of the audience’s eyes-on the runway-shifting our interpretation of normalcy in fashion. They literally changed clothes. –Olivia Inkster, StyleDefinedNYC
