So, I went to watch Oppenheimer today. The only important thing I learned from the movies is how amazing skinny looks? OMG! Cillian Murphy already was fit but he lost so much weight for the role, he couldnāt look better! Of course I did some research of how much he lost and how he lost that weight, and as Emily Blunt stated āhe could only eat, like, an almond every dayā AN ALMOND EVERY DAY!!!
Cillian Murphy, you made my day. Very restrictive diet on monday š

I went to the gym to have a body check before actual training.
It turned out 38% of my body is FAT!!
My body contains THIRTY FUCKING EIGHT PERCENT OF FAT!!!
The analysis also says I should consume 1500 calorie to maintain my weight. So, my pt asked again how much calorie I take then he said I should keep taking 1200 calories otherwise I gain weight.
He doesnāt know I take 500ish calories, I canāt say that because I know it is not healthy. ( I donāt want people to judge my eating habits or to make comments about my ed. Although, I am curious if he would support taking 500 calories.) Even when I said I take 1200 calories, after the body check he wasnāt satisfied with it. He acted like it is too much to take for me since I am fat. Idk, maybe he didnāt mean it but even I take less than 1200 calories, after his reaction I felt fatter than I am and I have to starve myself.
We took before pictures, I guess weāll start next week. Letās see what happens in a month. (Currently, 77.6 kg)

Life Update
So, I decided to work with a personal trainer because I donāt have any motivation to go to the gym.
I talked with him yesterday. Weāve been known each other for 5 years. We chatted a little and he asked the inevitable question.
-So, what diet are you on?
+I count calories
-How many calories you take?
+1200 (which is completely a lie. I know dieticians say you can lose weight even when you consume 1200 calories. So I didnāt even think about it. I didnāt even wait him to finish. It was like how many cal...1200! š I am not sure he believed me or not.)
And then he said, you know when you exercise you burn calories, since you do calorie deficit you should increase your calorie intake to not to lose muscles.
I know he is right and increased calorie intake is the healthiest thing to do but the only thing I was thinking is that Iāll stick with my normal calorie intake which is 500 calorie on average.
