Hey everyone, just wanted to give a quick update. I can't be super active because I have final exams soon as well as a lot of schoolwork I need to catch up on, so this account has been on the back burner for a while. After school lets out I will be trying to get back in the habit of writing more often, so expect more activity toward the end of May/start of June!

To get back in the swing of things I'll be writing for your requests! I have a few in my inbox that I've started on, but need time to finish. Currently I'm working on some Gladion and Allister headcanons, so stay tuned for those. If you have an idea or character you'd like me to write for, please feel free to leave a request!

Unlike with Gengar, he doesn't appreciate your advances at all.

He'll warm up eventually

Every time you see him after that he still makes a point to avoid you.

*Cue Allister running down the halls of the ghost gym*

But after a while, he starts to grow more accustomed to seeing you around

He doesn't even realize that he's started looking for you in the bleachers of the gym matches.

Sometimes when he's alone he finds himself missing your crazy talk

Seriously, you never ran out of things to talk about. It annoyed him but it was also fascinating.

And then, one fateful day he slowly comes up to you

As you greet him with a huge smile, immediately going on asking how he's been and how his day was, you catch his eyes light up slightly behind the mask

You figure you should try talking about ghosts.

He seems to like them just a little bit

So naturally, he runs off

You thought you were making progress. Maybe he isn't ready.

Until a while later, where he rushes up to you with a handful of mythology books and some notebooks

Wow, he actually initiated a conversation for once, go Allister!

You two sit up at the top of the bleachers, talking about various types of ghosts and the paranormal world.

You can tell you still have a long way to go with him, but he's becoming more comfortable with you.

Maybe you two can even be pretty close friends

After all, you know what they say: Opposites attract

General Headcanons - Bede

Thanks to the lovely anon who requested Bede, I've done a little more research into him and I think I'm ready to start writing for him ♡

We all know this dude has an ego

Like seriously he needs to be humbled sometimes

When Opal took him under her wing I think he definitely had a lot of development, not just in battles.

I've replayed the game twice now, and when I really paid attention I honestly got the vibe that before his whole gym leader arc Bede's super high ego was some sort of front.

Like he was super insecure of his abilities but he didn't want people to use that to their advantage or get all gushy so he just acted like he was better than everyone.

Fake it till you make it, man

This is so random and out of pocket but my first playthrough I didn't realize he was a boy until embarrassingly late in the story

Which leads me to believe he gets teasingly called things like femboy and stuff

Since he was a kid he was picked on for liking fairy types and pastel colors because it was too "girly"

Who's laughing now???

Opal called, she wants her hair color back

SORRY LMAOOO

When his Eevee evolved into Sylveon he cried so hard

It was the first time he felt like the connection he shared with someone else was mutual

Poor baby

Back to the development arc, I think that after training with Opal and taking over the Fairy Gym, his false ego was slowly turned into real, genuine confidence

He believed in himself and his team do much more than before

He trusted his pokemons' abilities and his pokemon trusted him

What I think the Pokemon Boys Smell Like

Kind of a weird, random post but idk it's like 4am rn. Not proofread because I'm sleepy

Guzma probably doesn't wear much other than a shitty deodorant. He always smells like B.O. Sometimes it's relatively tame, sometimes it's BAAD. But there's always that hint of stench lingering off him.

Leon smells INCREDIBLE. I'm sorry but I really cannot imagine this man smelling bad at any point in time. He uses Old Spice, and I'm not great at describing scents but I feel like his cologne would smell like cinnamon or pine wood

Raihan uses Axe body spray... That's all I'm gonna say.

Piers. Please. Please learn what deodorant is. No, your cheap cologne does not cover the smell of your armpits and Monster Energy. It makes it worse. Marnie pls hook your big bro up with some deodorant, and maybe some air freshener too. He REEKS.

Bede is an icon ngl he's always smelling like flowers or pastries. You'll never catch him smelling bad and honestly that's a W.

When he sees his baby crying it puts him in a bad mood too

He's already the flirty type but he tones down his flirting to genuine, wholesome compliments

If you wanna talk about it he'll listen while rocking you back and forth

If you wanna take out your emotions, he'll be your punching bag.

Wanna eat the pain away? He'll get you sweets

His dragon Pokémon aren't exactly the best at comforting, they're kind of intimidating and their rough scales don't really make good cuddle buddies

But they try. They let you pet them if you want. Also offering emotional support

After you've calmed down he'll keep holding you and talk out solutions to what was bothering you

Holiday Headcanons - Leon

I'm sorry this GIF is making me smile so hard bro he's such a cutie patootie

Ok right off the bat Leon spoils the fuck out of his family for Christmas

He treats his mama so well he buys her flowers, jewelry, and sends her handwritten letters

He can go pretty wild with gift giving since he's got a lot of money from sponsorships and brand deals

I mentioned this is in a previous post but Hop still believes in Santa because he dresses up every year

He found Charizard wrapping paper. And since then it has been the only paper he used

Did someone say Christmas cookout??

His favorite meal is a home-cooked duck or maybe a nice smoked ham

He always helps his mom cook the food

He also takes it upon himself to bake cookies, they always end up slightly burnt but they still taste good

If you're his S/O...you lucky bastard

He pulls out all the stops

He'll take you out on a nice dinner a little before Christmas

Then he brings you home to meet his mama the week of Christmas

You all spend Christmas Eve with the entire family watching Hallmark Christmas movies on the couch

Leon loves those movies to death

He doesn't hang mistletoe, he just carries it in his pocket to hold over your head randomly during a conversation

Charizard and his team all get their own Santa hats

When he wraps gifts for everyone he always calls them his little elves

Charizard isn't that little but he's Leon's baby so according to him he is little

God imagine the two of you cuddling by the fireplace snuggling under his cape with mugs of hot chocolate

He gets so cuddly around the holidays and it's great because when it's cold he's like a portable furnace

God he's so fucking cute I cannot with this man

Buys you lots of scarves and hats and mittens to make sure you aren't cold when you two spend time in the snow

He dedicates a snowman to you

He also takes every opportunity to flirt

Holiday Headcanons - Guzma

Ok well he doesn't have a lot of money because this man rlly doesn't have a job

But he always finds a way to celebrate the holidays with all of Team Skull

Usually him and Plumeria pool their money to decorate the Shady House and buy gifts for everyone

It isn't much but for them it's home

One year he gave out red and green Team Skull necklaces

Another year it was a black Santa hat with the Team Skull logo on it

He braided a shit ton of tinsel into Plumeria's hair one year while she was asleep

She was not a fan.

I honestly think he still believes in Santa

At least a little bit

Plumeria got him a Joltik one year and he started sobbing because he thought it was so cute

He was teased for it for months after

If he is dating someone, there will be mistletoe in every damn corner. He's trying to steal every kiss he can from you

Not that you'd complain

Plumeria tries every year to get him to dye his hair red and green

Honestly he would if he didn't care so much about being a big boss

But he gets closer to doing it every year because as time passes, he turns from big boss to big brother

He just wants everyone to enjoy the holidays

Especially considering his background, he never really got to enjoy that special time of year and now he can

Christmas is totally his favorite time of year. If you decorate the tree he'll stare at it for so long beaming with pride.
