i have never wanted to throw hands with anyone in genshin as much as i want to with dottore. mans straight up enjoys fucking up lives here, there, and everywhere. i honestly gave him the slightest benefit of the doubt before (not wanting to be set in calling him "evil") but my GOD this guy really is just all sorts of evil.

anyways, what i really enjoyed in the quest (aside from all of the scaramouche we get to see) is the clear trust and respect that scara now has for nahida!! he's just straight up rude to everyone else but he shows his own unique brand of deference to her and i'm really glad that things turned out that way, scara needs someone as kind and knowledgeable as nahida to lead him away from his past into a brighter future.

also the storybook animals version of scara's backstory was genuinely the cutest thing i've ever seen in the game 🥺 scarameow so precious...
