last night i had a dream that jerma died mysteriously and the entire world was mourning (aka #ripbozo was trending for days) and like 200000 people went to his funeral and there was a 24-hour memorial stream on his twitch playing back old streams until one day a new “jerma” appeared and started streaming on his channel and it was just drew gooden wearing a paper jerma mask a la spy tf2 and calling himself jerma so there were a lot of conspiracies that drew gooden killed jerma to take his place and eventually it was revealed the drew gooden, in fact, DID kill jerma but instead of getting mad people thought it was hilarious and it just became a new in-joke in “jerma”’s streams and drew gooden just streamed as jerma for the rest of his life

i think felix is usually the most sexualized in the story even if its not necessarily to a disturbing amount having his ex that we believe loved him only talk about him to us like he was mainly a sexual object is so.. yuck.. theres also this problem in a lot of other dating sims that have the same "dynamic" between two male characters and the mc and its just feels fetishy i cant stand it

kinda controversial but i really didnt like rime from the start but the fact that a lot of the time when he talks about felix to mc he just talks about sex is very gross and reminds me of julian and asra and how fetishized their relationship was despite how toxic it was (theres also the fact that there were writers who have been found out to be fujoshis and theres another story about how much they sexualize their poc characters as well. not to mention they obviously care less about the women characters always putting their routes out last and having either the quality of the route be worse or the route itself significantly shorter)

mftl is such an annoying book. the writing isnt horrendous but they make you think you have choices when you literally dont. everything the mc says to anyone has the same consequences. like at least let me choose who i wanna romance (and let me say NO to mason, he literally humiliated ava and then expected me to go to prom with him gtfo)
