Hello, folks! 

I'll be on hiatus from today until the twenty third of July. I'm going on vacation! I'm not sure yet whether or not I'll have my computer with me, but I should have some access to tumblr mobile on my phone. 

What it means is that there will probably be no replies being done in that amount of time, but that ask box messages might be answered, and I might be sending out/doing memes. 

I love you all and will be back soon. I've tried to answer as many drafts as I can. I've also set up a few things to post while I'm gone, so hopefully, that'll go through alright.

She keeps up the grin. "I think having Thor around would be something of a problem for her to get used to." 

Mike grinned in response as he poured the hot water. "Yeah, I can see that - even in Rev's sickbay she'd be a dynamo.  I'm fairly certain she'd be running the place inside of week"

One of his suits malfunctioned in the middle of an event. We need to make sure they don't think he's getting ... lax ... with his suits.

Her father (William Lee) is a first generation son of Chinese immigrants. Her mother (Emily Chezaneski) is a second generation daughter of Dutch immigrants. 

Her father spoke some Chinese, and it was spoken semi-regularly in Hayley's home. Dutch was spoken less regularly, but she still knows enough to get by if she had to hold a conversation.

She grinned at that. "My mother's good with stress, but not-" She shrugged a shoulder, as though she were indicating the entire office. "-this kind of stress." Her mother was good with people and injuries and lives, but not with guns and countless weapons and people with dubious intent. "But if she were a couple years younger? I could see it." 

And she could, too. Change a couple of things about her mother, and she'd have made a great agent. 

"They do. To be honest, though, I think there should be an entire PR department just for Wilson." 

"Tea, Earl Grey, hot."  Mike grinned at her. "Coming right up!"  

"She has, you can tell" Mike continued to talk as he set the electric kettle to boil water "but she's got a special touch; some people are just made to do what they do.  She's definitely on the short list.  Which explains why I didn't stay there & ended up here, I guess."

He chuckled at her comment about Wade "I can imagine that it takes an entire department to monitor and cover WIlson.  And from wht I've seen your group does a great job all the way around."

[ She's heard his name around, briefly, and she intends to attend kareoke one of these days. Still, she glances at the ID for a moment before nodding. ]

Agent Chezaneski? I’m Agent Sterling.

I brought the cover up report for today’s incident. The usual agent is out sick today so I’m filling in. Here’s my ID for clarification.

"She's been doing it all her life, so I'd hope so." She remembers days spent in the hospital waiting room when she was younger and no one could find a babysitter, before Baltimore and before her father's life sentence. She'd always admired her mother's work ethic, and thought maybe, it was where her own came from. 

"If you have any Earl Gray, that would be great." She grins at his mention of Wilson. "Well, it's not just me. It's my whole department. But thanks. I like to think we do a good job." 

Mike nodded "I thought so.  She's a hell of a good nurse, and a sweet lady.  It was a pleasure to work with her and learn from her - she's really one of the best they've got."

"Tea?  Sure thing, pick  variety, I keep several on hand in case I get a visit from Agent Brompton.  And no major catastrophes; that's impressive, whoever is keeping an eye on Wilson must be doing a better than average job!"

"I do. If her first name is Emily, she's my mother." And as far as the woman knows, she's still working for the FBI. It's not like you can go around and say that you're working for a top secret government agency.
