I haven't played DST in a huge while, I've heard about the wormwood skill tree but holy shit! there's so much cool stuff here!!! it's all very useful, I can't find a single skill that I dislike, though I'm indifferent to some. So based, love this update that came out awhile ago, can't wait to jump in and see how it all works

This is something I really need to implement with extreme prejudice because it’s something that I feel like I’ve never been good at being disciplined for myself. When it comes to other people, I can always rise to the occasion, but if it’s something that only affects only me, I tend to just slack or procrastinate on things I need or want to do for myself.
I hope to really enforce the idea of being disciplined for the rest of this year and going forward for 2024. I think I’m going to start implementing the hundred days of productivity and posting every day starting next week. This will also help me develop a few skills I need like typing. (yes, I know it’s sad that I type so slow in this day and age but it’s some thing I really need to develop since I do a lot of work and logistics/operations)
40 Tips For Becoming More Disciplined 📌💡🚀📝
Know what you want to achieve soon and in the future. This helps you know where to go and stay motivated.
Do the most important things first to save time and energy.
Have a daily plan that includes work, rest, exercise, and learning.
Make big tasks smaller so they're not scary, and you can see progress.
Use methods like the Pomodoro Technique (working for a while, then resting) or blocking time to get more done.
Notice when you're avoiding work and make yourself start.
Control yourself from getting distracted or doing things just for fun.
Say no politely when you can't do more things without getting stressed.
Stay healthy by eating well, exercising, and sleeping enough.
Keep learning by reading, taking classes, or trying new things.
Check how you're doing with your goals and change plans if needed.
Tell a friend or mentor your goals so they can help you stay on track.
Keep your spaces tidy to help you focus better.
Learning discipline takes time, and it's okay if things don't go perfectly.
Think good thoughts about yourself instead of bad ones.
Imagine doing well to get motivated.
Mistakes are chances to learn, not reasons to give up.
Be happy about even small successes to stay positive.
Listen to advice from others to get better.
Be ready to change your plans but keep your main goals.
Try mindfulness to concentrate, be calm, and know yourself better.
Write about your progress and plans in a journal.
Turn off things like social media when you work or study.
Think about things you're thankful for to stay happy.
Do quick tasks right away instead of waiting.
Spend time with people who help you and make you want to be better.
Let others do tasks that you don't need to do, so you can focus.
Get better at handling problems without giving up.
Picture doing well to stay motivated.
Drink water to think clearly and stay healthy.
Have a special place to work or study to help you focus.
Wait for bigger rewards instead of quick ones.
Keep things simple, both around you and in your mind, so you can concentrate.
Listen to advice without feeling bad about yourself.
Use apps and tools to manage your tasks and time.
Reading helps you learn and think better.
Decide what's good enough for you and stick to it.
Believe you can get smarter and better with practice.
Do creative things to stay imaginative and interested.
Listen carefully to others to be better at talking and understanding.

Human traditional medicine approaches diagnosis and treatment collectively – it has never been about outsourcing the entire process to a singular tribal shaman like they do in old books and movies, although medicine people with different skill sets are always consulted, of course.

Unlocking Insights from Adam Grant's _Think Again_
The Power of Knowing What You Don’t Know … Okay, confession time. 2022 was the last time my website saw some bookish love (I mean a review). Does this mean I haven’t cracked open a book since then? Absolutely not! My reading list has been thriving, and I’m finally ready to share the literary loot. Kicking off 2025 with a very good book – Adam Grant’s Think Again. Did a wise sage whisper this…

Born in 1979, I grew up with no Internet, no iPhone, no PC, no tablet. I grew up using pencil and paper, and I learned to draw at a young age. This provided me with the opportunity to learn, grow, express my thoughts.
After graduating as a woodworker, I held a few jobs and at the age of 25 I started brushing up my knowledge of Autocad which led me into architecture. During my 7-year degree, I started working as an architectural draftsman, came in contact with people who invited me for an assessment test and what eventually led to my position as a production planner/buyer.
To understand more, I decided to invest in a management course that was divided into 6 modules. I got a clearer picture, understanding, purpose but also a reflection of who I am and what I want to achieve in life. I worked as a project manager in the realization of walls and doors and mixed all my experience in one subject.

Efficacy, Efficiency, and Being Skill-Enthused.
What skills or lessons have you learned recently? Skills are attained as a result of determination, unorthodox means, and through radicalism. With me, I have learned a lot since I got to be an Industrial Relations Officer at the National Labour Commission. My job requirements include that I have the skillset to; 1. Facilitate meetings 2. Mediate cases 3. Arbitrate cases Other lessons I have…
