Ahhh.... another one of my childhood heroes brought to life. 

Watching them brought so many good memories.

Yahh, ini bukan film Oscar banget kok, jadi kalo anda mau lihat dan analisa film ini dari kacamata review bak Oscar, ya kelar lah ya.

Tapi ini memang feel-good movie aja menurut saya, euforia melihat bagaimana karakter kartun yang mengingatkan masa kecil kita dulu dibuat sedemikian rupa sehingga terlihat real... saya juga yakin, mungkin anak-anak yang lahir pasca tahun 95an tidak akan mengerti kok. 

So go watch the movie, for the sake of childhood memories!

Managing Expectations

Baru-baru ini saya baru saja disadarkan memang kadang ada satu seni yang sulit sekali kita terapkan dalam hidup kita.  Kadang ada hal-hal yang diluar kuasa kita dimana kita tidak bisa mendapatkan seusuatu yang memang sepatutnya kita miliki.  Cinta, pekerjaan, persahabatan, bahkan sampai makanan maupun uang....  Tapi bagaimana kita menyikapi nya, itu yang jadi seni yang selalu sulit kita manage.  Saya tidak akan membicarakan soal uang atau pekerjaan, tetapi soal romansa dan persahabatan, suatu hal yang terlihat simple tapi kok ya, manage dua hal tersebut itu jauh lebih sulit dari yang kita kira.  Manage expectation itu layaknya manage hati.  Setelah beberapa kali kegagalan dalam managing expectations, saya mulai belajar...membiarkan hati sendiri sakit itu ya....agak dodol sih....apalagi kalau berkali-kali, diulang-ulang tanpa dicegah.  Akhirnya saya belajar bagaimana untuk melindungi diri sendiri, dari kekecewaan itu.  Kalau memang bertepuk sebelah tangan, ya di stop....jangan sampai kita jatuh terus, tanpa memberikan kesempatan untuk kita bangkit....  Be with those people who care about you, not those who don't appreciate you....
