The raine x katya shipper that deactivated recently was hella weird and it’s good that they’re no longer active. While the interactions and asks were funny in the beginning, it got old really fast. Especially since they were harassing artists to draw the ship even though they were uncomfortable with it. (Also why did they target certain accounts. Dazeddoodles, secretly of course, @appleyass123, escaping oddity and that one critical blog were all asked the exact same question).

Shipping raine and katya together also makes no sense as raine is far older than katya in canon.

Lunter would be WAY more popular if they were the same gender. And Lumity would be hated for being cliche if it was straight. I hate how the fandom claims a ship is good just because it is gay when in reality it is mostly horrible writing. Like if amity was a guy, no one would ship her with Luz.

I feel like most of the redesign edits of any TOH character renders I see are very over designed.

I mean my redesign for Luz for my AAA au was overdesigned on purpose to show a certain aspect of her character, but a lot of people do it for no reason and that’s what frustrates me too tbh

Lilith was way more interesting when she was more stoic. I think the 180 switch to her being a dorky nerd was too quick and she didn’t feel like the same character anymore.

Personally I’d see Boscha as wasted potential in that in another timeline where Dana could’ve given more depth or at least use her for an original Villain arc to contrast to Amity’s positive growth.
