this book was okay tbh.. i finished it in like four days save me please but i was just waiting for it to get better (it didnt). i feel like i could feel for the mc in a lot of the scenes, and some moments were sad and i almost cried..? HOWEVER the romance sucked.. the mc has a lot of problems.. and the love interest always tries to be like “i want to be the only one to help you” (slash romantically!!) sir… youre not qualified… and he ignored mc’s boundaries ERM!! their relationship didnt seem too healthy honestly 😕 the writing wasnt too bad but the plot did not do well!!

honestly this was a banger book and i finished it kind of fast. mars was honestly so cool tbh i would definitely befriend him if he were real.. BESIDES THAT the book touches on themes like GENDER? SEXUALITY? TOXIC MASCULINITY? ETC. and it was done so well it was so nice to read a book like this one. the beginning was so good and i could NOT put the book down,,, BUUUT the ending was weird tbh like genuinely what was going on 😭😭😭

i only read this bc my friend recommended it 😭 but its also from booktok HELP uhdbms lowkey it sucked im sorry.. the cliche was SO REAL the plot twists were SO BAD and the characters were SO FLAT like the dimension.. none. i laughed a bit while reading it so yay? (because it was ridiculous). i hate the grumpy x sunshine trope sm too ermm.. love interest was so weird cliche, bad boy, mysterious, mafia idk this book was weird guys dont talk to me.

“He has a heart of ice...but for her, he'd burn the world.” is enough to tell you how this book will go!

this book was not bad actually despite me not really liking the genre, but i feel like the characters fall flat 😭 theyre very.. basic and there’s no dimension? i don’t like any of them HELP but the concept of the book and the plot is very interesting, and i managed to finish the book pretty fast 😭 ( small spoiler, dont continue! )

the romance between the characters felt so forced like stop i did not like them together.. like just bc guy and girl are stuck together on their little journey doesnt mean they need to fall in love 🙏

this book SUCKED help the plot was actually interesting but it was NOT pulled off.. i hated the mc so much like why was she getting in between EVERY. ARGUMENT? on top of that she had two guys who liked her 😭😭 the “plot twist” was like ⁉️⁉️ but it still kind of sucked 😥 and all the cliffhangers in EVERY chapter was so forced omg not every chapter needs a cliffhanger :/

ACTUALLY SCARRED ME ok this book is off booktok so obviously its. eugrgrhheggd it’s so wattpadcore.. i don’t really like royalty books 😭 but i like this one? i guess? 😰 EENM writing style is good actaully even though i say i hate first pov and i RANTED SO MUCH about this book because i was BEWILDERED.. finished it in two days 😥 reading this was a strange. mix. of emotions. it was good.. but also so terribly cliché and jaw dropping.

this book was SO ADDICTING i finished it super fast… the twists and how dark this book was made it so interesting i swear.. the ending was confusing though HELP i had to search up what it meant 😭 but wow some parts had my jaw DROPPING, i definitely recommend if youre looking for a good thriller!

THIS BOOK WAS WILD. it was genuinely so interesting i could not stop reading.. like WOW. so much happens, and it’s very intriguing. it’s also very dark so proceed with caution, and there are a lot of graphic scenes. i would definitely recommend looking up trigger warnings.. it’s actually so good though omg i was baffled when i was reading it..

WHEN I TELL YOU I ALMOST CRIED. omg i had tears in my eyes by page twenty and it was kind of obvious how the plot was going to play out,, BUT THE WRITING. the similes. the thoughts. omg. wonderous. when i was reading it, i had if depression gets the best of me by zevia AND THE LAST PART OF THE SONG HAD ME CLOSE TO BAWLING 🙁 this book was sad. 😞

ngl i was kind of disappointed with this book 😞 i was so excited for it and its yk.. a book about chinese youth, immigration, etc. (i am chinese). some of the stories definitely hit me so hard ughghgh, but i felt almost no attraction to any of the characters.. i thoroughly struggled to finish the entire thing unfortunately 😕

i used this book to get back into reading and it worked,, like i literally could not put this book down 🙏🏻 the writing style was simple without being boring and i thoroughly really liked reading this. i saw the plot twist spoiler but my jaw still dropped 😭 THIS is a book worth reading but pls read the summary beforehand because it contains some dark topics.
