That’s definitely what I’ve been trying to do. Maybe I should ask Sir to do TPE with me so that I don’t and can’t think about it all.

That would be best, if I were in your position. If you trust them, you can definitely go that route. Have you tried distracting yourself? Getting into a new hobby or something?

The best you can do, darling, is realize that you should live in the moment. That is the best way to avoid over-thinking anything.

I don’t want to jinx it, but I feel like life has been going very well lately. I’m loving it, but I’m scared the bottom is going to fall out from under me. Anyone else ever feel like that? How do you keep from overthinking and over-analyzing?

[TEXT]: Yes, that’s what I meant. I’m sorry for not being clear. Some people do, they find it’s the only way to receive affection due to past experiences. As for me, I would never want it. I try and stay out of trouble, let alone punishment. You’re right, though, about me not experiencing it much. It’s frightening. I lived in a home of Dominants, raised to be one but that fell through.
